Time Movers have been the best moving company I have used in Victoria. I received prompt and courteous service and a detailed estimate. They arrived on time, worked hard for the whole day, were friendly and professional, and careful of the property and my furniture. They moved my piano as well, and everything went smoothly, which is a big bonus on moving day. I would highly recommend this company if you need a move.

We had a representative of Swain out at the beginning of May to quote our move. We agreed with the terms and booked them. Half way through the month, we tried to contact Swain to confirm dates/times. Although we called and emailed several times, Swain did not contact us back (at all). On the 20th, I had to start looking for a new mover. Our move was a very large move and out of town. Needless to say, finding a new movers was more than difficult. To this day, we still have not heard a single word from Swain.

My 92 year old mother recently moved from Victoria to Toronto - a traumatic move at any age but particularly stressful at hers. A. Breton Relocations service was flawless from beginning to end. Dana's skill at estimating and managing the pack up resulted in a 'no surprise' final cost and zero damage. Her courtesy with my mother and thoughtfulness in calling me at precisely noon on the delivery day - the scheduled arrival time - to say Adam was delayed in traffic and would be about 10 minutes late were enormously appreciated. Adam and his team are superbly efficient, helpful and very agreeable people. I cannot recommend A. Breton relocations too highly. Thank you all!

I called Steve in Victoria to get a quote, he didnt call me back for 6 days. He left me a rude message when I told me I had hired someone else. As being in customer service myself for 20 years, his behaviour was very unprofessional and not the way you treat someone if you want business. Victoria is very small.

Came to give my mom an estimate and never provided the estimate. she received an e-mail saying they were all booked for the day she inquired about instead of checking with her if she could move it back a day. Also never provided the quote. Very poor service. She will never contact them again and does not recommend them.

These guys moved us twice a few years ago, and are moving us again soon. Why? on time, move with care and fair pricing. What more could you ask for in a mover? Plus Brian is great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Good Value, Honest Team, Fast Workers - Definitely Recommended.

Horrible experience. They damaged a lot of our furniture and badly scratched our floors. One of the movers was good but the other was very slow and clumsy. The cost was way above what they quoted. When I spoke with the owner he initially agreed to repair the damaged furniture. When I told him about the floor they damaged he denied it and then refused to repair the furniture they damaged. I showed him the damage to the floor and he said it was already like that. That was without question false as the floors had been refinished immediately before the move and were in perfect condition. In the end they cost me much more than real professional movers with all the damage to boot. Worst of all, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional.

We've moved twice with Dowell's and they have always been very professional and provided excellent value. The crew's have gone the extra mile to make sure our belongings were stored and delivered safely and they even picked up the paper and boxes after the move which saved us numerous trips to the dump. Highly recommended if you're moving on or off Vancouver Island!

Used a Big Steel Box for storing our stuff during a home reno - recommended by a friend as we had planned to use a mini storage, but this saved us the trek there and back all the time - was cheaper per the space, and more convenient - all the people we dealt with were great too - hard to beat.
