I really really hate change. In all honesty, I kinda had my head in the sand for a good amount of time because the idea of moving all my things (6 years in my apartment ) seemed so overwhelming. After a good pep talk from my bestfriend, I decided to just make some calls. Tyler from BC Movers totally understood my panicked state of mind and truly talked me through the whole process. He and his team helped me ship family mementos and art back home (Manitoba ) and then helped me properly wrap and prepare furniture to store in a local storage place. The move to my new apartment was crazy easy. So fast. They even assembled my ikea bed for me. Tyler and his team 100% understood that I felt like I was out of my comfort zone. Tyler quoted me what he thought the move would/could cost, but since it took less time I actually paid less then I expected. These guys are super professional. And I loved how empathetic they were. I'm never moving again, I swear on my life, but if I'm forced to, I'd call BCmovers.

I had a great experience with OO Movers today. The movers were kind, polite, fast, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this moving company to people I know.

Rainforest was excellent. The crew showed up half an hour early and finished earlier then expected. Worked hard and efficiently and would recommend them to anyone.

We did a move from Vancouver to Coquitlam but had about 20m3 of boxes and some furniture coming from Edmonton. On they day they went to pick up our stuff, they said they would be there late afternoon, they did not show up until 10pm. Then they quoted more money as they claimed there was mored space being used. Which was odd! We literally had double the boxes when we moved last with this company 2 years ago and they charged us more for the second move when we had about half of the amount of stuff to move. They then notified us they would have our stuff dropped off somewhere between 8-10am and no one showed until 1pm. After this we were out running errands for the new place only to get a call that we needed to be back at our place in an hour because they forgot to drop off a ladder and left other peoples stuff at our place. We said we wouldn't be able to make it back for another couple of hours and they said to bad. So we had to drop everything we were doing again and rush home. The only reason they get one star is because the mover they contracted out to us for our Vancouver to Coquitlam portion was amazing and extremely helpful. Will no longer recommend this company to any of our friends or family moving from Alberta to BC. We called the company for an explanation or at least to get a refund for the metres cubed they overcharged us for and they were rude, unsympathetic and stand offish.

I have used Salmons Commercial Moving Division several times as a facilities manager to move lab equipment and furniture within facilities and between facilities. Recently I used Salmons at a facility that was moving a large amount of lab equipment to Warminster P.A. Everyone from the dispatcher to the moving crews and the office staff helped to make sure things were picked up on time, staged at their facility and paperwork was complete and accurate for the shipment. Mark, please forward my thanks on to everyone involved. I look forward to working with you all again in the future.

His workers are old and reeked of booze and cigarettes. Damaged our furniture. Only offered a $25 discount. Yet his fees include a non-optional insurance which you have to pay for and when I told him I had to pay for the insurance he says has a $200 deductible. What a joke. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!

Jay and his crew where great. They were professional and made the atmosphere of the move very bearable, best move yet

I wish I could give quick & careful moving 0 stars. Please never give these people your money. I wish I had done more research before I made the decision to give galaxy moving & storage/quick & careful moving moving a call. I decided to give these guys a shot because I needed to have our furniture picked up on one day, stored, then redelivered three days later. The pick up wasn't too bad, as they only broke one thing, an electric heater. The redelivery/storage was much worse. The movers damaged our sofa, completely ruined our coffee table, scuffed up our walls and banged up a computer chair. They noticed that our sofa was damaged so they took pictures and told us that they would give us a call the following Monday. Lie. After days of waiting, we called them back, multiple times. Never heard back from them. We decided to try and reach quick and careful as they told us that they were "the same company" and that one handled storage, and the other moving (or something to that effect). We were told to email them, and we did. Once again, we hear nothing back. When we were lucky enough to reach someone, they said "I'm so sorry, we'll email you immediately". Another lie. I decided to call once again, and this time, try to reach a manager/supervisor. The guy that answered said he was one, and when I told him my problem, he told me to email a completely different email than the one I was previously given. So once again, like an idiot, I try to get some sort of response to no avail. It is clear to me that these guys are a bunch of unprofessional, money hungry liars, who will avoid you at all costs if you try to get some sort of reimbursement from them (due to their terrible quality services). TL;DR - They will take your money, damage your things, then avoid you at all costs so they don't have to correct their mistakes.

Used them twice for moving a couch and a second time for a piano. Very professional service. Will use them again for sure
