I highly recommend Your Vancouver Mover. Staff are very nice and friendly. I moved recently. good service! They did very good job! everything were packed perfectly and arrived on time! Very good!!

Some of my valuables were stolen and many were broken! Paul Lekhraj is a scammer! He threatened me and refused to move my belongings into the house if i didn't pay him extra for the move and was very verbally abusive. He also drove off without paying his staff!

I had to book my move very last minute and they were able to accommodate me with no hesitation. Operator at the office was great and explained all details before hand. When the movers arrived they explained the contract to me. Asked me to see the place prior to start moving so they get familiar with the stuff. They started and loaded in one hour got to my place and unloaded so quick! My move was done in 3 hours for a large 1 bedroom. John and his crew were very efficient, friendly, and experienced. I will definitely hire them next time (hopefully not for a while) and will recommend them to all!

I want to start by saying I spoke to Ray who is the owner, he seemed very nice and offered the opportunity to move a Dining Table top and Sideboard from Indian Wells home to our refinisher in Los Angeles since these pieces required finish repairs. I told Ray what we had in our budget to spend for this move and he agreed to do it. He then showed up to the home in a little U-haul pick-up truck knowing exactly what he was picking up and the dimensions of these pieces. We still went ahead an trusted them because they said they would blanket wrap everything. Not only did these pices not arrive on time to our refinisher but severely damaged. When we called then I spoke to a Bob who was very RUDE and asked for Ray to call me back. Still have not received a call back. To make matters worse we paid them Cash since that is what they expected from us. I feel so let down by this so called moving company. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!

Didnt finish the job before possession time even though i hired them a day early. Terrible service, i dont even know how my stuff will turn up on the other end yet.

If you want to refinish all your furniture and have over 90% of it destroyed. This company is exactly the dreadful horror story you hear about. Shouldn't even have one star.

We hired Big Al's Moving to move us from our home of 25 years. The move occurred in two parts — one for our business records and one for our personal possessions and furnishings. It was a large move, and rather complicated, with lots of stairs at both ends. In every element of the process, the staff of Big Al's were professional, efficient, careful, cheerful, and obviously highly skilled at their work. They were prompt, fast, meticulous, and personable. Although moving is a very challenging experience, Big Al's made it a pleasure, and I would highly recommend them to anyone for ANY kind of move!

It was such a pleasure to deal with Len Wray's Moving and Storage, True professionals all the way. The cost estimate by Romeo was thorough and detailed. The moving crew, Brian, Mike, Liam and Tyler (hope I have that right), were pleasant and hard working. The move in was not easy with a steep driveway and a house with lots of stairs, but even the piano wasn't a problem for these guys. Well done and thank you.
