Cindy does a Great job with nail art! She always goes above and beyond and adds he special fair. My nails 💅 always come out do pretty with her! Thank you Cindy!! I love my snowflakes ❄! Happy Holidays!

This place was rather good. Decorated with avocado theme, it certainly seemed fruity. Plus, pink paint all over the floor really enhanced the colour pallete. One of the employees, the one with the blue hair, was slightly scary because she kept trying to remove my nails? I'm not sure what was wrong with her, but in the end she gave me a bear hairclip which was cute. Rantaro the owner was lovely, his hair was berry green though and he wouldn't get off of a chair. Overall a 11307/10 experience. Please go there!

First pedicure on a long time. They weren't very busy and she did a good job! Loved the hot oil and hot rocks on my legs. Very relaxing.

I got there at 12:40 pm and asked for a pedicure. I was told to take a seat and wait 10 minutes. I am realistic so I knew it was going to be more like 20 to 30 minutes and I was ok with that. Then all of a sudden someone else arrives, they seat the person and start their pedicure while I was still waiting for mine. Sadly I won't be returning, they always take a while to seat you, but lately it seems they cannot keep track of who is there first and their costumer service has been getting worst

Not sure when voted “best in Ventura “ but I’ve given them 2 chances now and both were fair to poor mani/pedi. Low quality polish that chipped shortly after and little attention to a finished, clean service. Seemed getting me out the door was more of a priority. But they know how to charge!

They are all very nice. And don't rush you through like some salons... :)

Wonderful, pleasant service.

I went in at my lunch for a QUICK dip powder removal. I sat down and they started the service then once the foil and product was on they sat me there for 25 min with the chemical on my nails while the tech helped someone else. It took 35-40 min for a 10 min service. It’s not clean the products looks old and dirty, the salon is very cluttered as well with empty water bottles and items.

Beth and Johnny are the best. Very friendly very clean.

Ricky is super detail oriented and always makes sure that you are satisfied with your service. He walks you through each step and explains the process. He made me feel super comfortable and he really knows how to keep a conversation flowing. He’s very helpful with any question you may have! My nails were beautiful and my hands were so soft after our visit! He’s also very accommodating, and i think I have found my permanent nail person 💕 shoutout to my girl Mariana for recommending me 🌹

Do simple pedicures nowadays really cost $40? Charging $5 extra to remove old polish and $8 extra to remove callus? Really? $40 for 30min of work. I earn less and have a masters degree. I am doing something wrong. I got my last pedicure in fall 2020 some place else and it was $25. I guess I will be going there again.

This place is super friendly, super clean, and extremely good at what they do. If you want not only the best quality but best prices, you should go here. Tell them that Marilyn sent you!

I went to get a French tip acrylic set, and had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. Then I provided a picture of what I wanted for my nails (just a French tip) fast forward to the end, my nails came out really bad and I was trying to be nice so I asked the lady if she could clean up the lines a little bit but I was told to go wait by the door with my wet, crooked nails that needed to be filed and had nail polish smeared all over them. So being nice, I waited by the door for 15 minutes and saw new people get help before me. When I asked if I could get help again I was told to just cut them all off so me being tired after being there for three hours I cut them all off and went home with acrylic cut to my nail. Worst experience ever I was so sad, my nail lady was LINDA I do not recommend her at all.
