This place is good because they provide good services. It doesn't matter what it is they always listen and perform their best to pleased their customer :) To conclude - I do recommend their service!!!

This establishment was completely empty when I arrived and there were only two works. The manager-esk lady was very indifferent and barely greeted and the worker that actually did my nails didn't really speak English so I had to go through the manager-esk worker to make it known what services I wanted. The worker that ended up doing my nails took her time (yay) but it tool about an hour and a half for a fill (acrylic). 🙃 The worker said she could fix my nail and ended up breaking it (my natural nails are naturally long) and then she said she'd put a tip on--BUT she charged me 5$ for the tip on the nail she broke. The music was nice and my nails came out OK but I wouldn't return back (despite the prices being reasonable--35$ for a fill?!). It wasn't horrible, I just won't patron the established again....

I love this place. I have been going for over a year. They always remember my name when I arrive. They are not afraid to really work on your feet. I have been going to Jane for dip gel on my hands and she is awesome.

This is now Luxury Nails ( having moved from Balfour). I always enjoy the therapy of a pedicure and linda, Lena and the rest of the staff are excellent at it.

I am sorry to say this, but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional manicure. The designes on my nails were very poor, almost if a child did it. Overpriced for what they offered. I would never come back. Sorry

Do not let the one man who works there to wax your eyebrows! He gave me a huge dark bruise right above my eyelids in the corner. I had an event and even heavy makeup couldn't cover it. Also he was very rough and didn't wipe down the eyebrows after wax.

1st time there. Had a pretty good experience. Vanna did my nails and eye brows. She was fast and friendly. I love my nails. Pedicure was nice too. I just wish nail technicians didn't all seem to have sharp nails. It hurts when they dig them into your skin.

UPDATE: Great service! Crystal strives to ensure her customers concerns are heard and addressed. Will definitely be my go to nail salon. Fantastic nail artistry!
