I don't know the quality was simply not there. Probably the last time I would visit. I went there because it was close and convenient but end result is sloppy.

I saw a lot of people did bad reviews on this place and I was really nervous to go because of what other people were saying but I decided to just go and honestly I’m so glad I decided to go because they took me right away and I don’t know her name but someone did my nails and she was so kind and sweet and was so patient with me and I am very new to the whole getting nails done thing and didn’t know some things and she was so sweet and helped me out and she was even humming while doing my nails and it was so calming and I really enjoyed it I would definitely go again especially since the nails came out so beautifully :)

Never disappointed, love this place

I am a Napa native and was looking for a new nail salon to be my “regular” place. I asked several friends in the beauty industry for recommendations and PAINT was on of them. One of my criteria was that I needed to be able to book my appointments online, and that is possible with PAINT. So I went online and was very impressed with their website. I decided to make an appointment for a manicure as I wanted to get one before an upcoming job interview. The booking process online was easy and I was pleased to find an appointment available exactly when I needed it. The one star review is due to the fact that I received a phone call a few days later saying that my appointment had been canceled. It was difficult to understand the voice on the voicemail but I believe she said the cancellation was due to staffing issues. They apologized and said they would be happy to reschedule me in April. That’s over two weeks away and we’ll passed the event that I needed the manicure for in the first place. I am now left to scramble to find an appointment somewhere else at the last minute. It’s really too bad that they couldn’t keep their booking software up to date. Así said, I’m a local and would have been a repeat customer for them.

my first time here and i got a mani and pedi. really good service! phi phi really took her time on my pedicure and manicure which you dont get at many places nowadays! I will be returning!

This place was excellent!!! I highly recommend it. They treat you like royalty. It was the best massage that I have ever had. Kelsey is an excellent masseuse. The staff as a whole was great. The receptionist and nail tech were very kind and friendly.

Vivian is fantastic! I’ve been going to her since 2019. This week is my birthday so I wanted something sparkly and loud. Vivian did not disappoint. She is super sweet and has great attention to detail. I am always extremely pleased after getting a new set or a fill. Go visit NV Nails because they will take good care of you!
