I'm changing my 5 star review because every time I go, with the exception of when the owner provided my service, I am nagged to pay cash. I always pay cash tip and don't use their non-bank ATM for security reasons, so my recent visit was terrible. She said she couldn't work the charge machine and she didn't ask for help. I told her I was having surgery and in too much pain to walk to get cash but she insisted. I don't know why the owner lets his employees harass customers by consistently demanding cash.

Very clean but price are a little high and I feel like they charge more for the more stuff that you want done as far as like decorations or ring Jules on your nails or whatever the case may be

This is a quiet peaceful day spa that was inviting as well as welcoming. The staff were very professional and friendly . I took my two older daughters here for a girls day and the treatments were relaxing and the estiticians were very knowledgeable of the products used will definitely return Thank you Blue Water day Spa :)

I have been patronizing Gaia since they opened here in Benicia. I have noticed that the level of service has declined the last several times and it has nothing to do with Covid. My friend and I arrived for our appts on time. We were not greeted by anyone for several minutes although there were at least 4 staff who saw us enter. We were finally prompted to the chairs and waited for 20 min with our feet in very cool water without anyone acknowledging us. There were no apologies for the delay and both women appeared very rushed. It was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had there. My person appeared to be upset she was working. She rushed through every step and didn't even bother to put my sandals back on for me. I am so disappointed. The last time I went for my eyebrow waxing, the woman answered the phone during my waxing and left the door open so I could hear the dryer cycling and proceeded to have a conversation during my treatment. I hope that Gaia ownership will take notice that their customer satisfaction is how they will maintain their business.
