The best in all of Nanaimo for any beauty needs..the lady here is so quick and efficient..be it eyebrows or upper lips..or waxing..its almost paineless with her..she is vry accomodating..its one place to get evrythng i need to get done..from head to toe..I have been going to her for over 4 yrs now and I plan to stick..for good

Worst set of acrylics I’ve ever had! I’ve had acrylics for years! And I’ve never seen such an awful set done on me 3 times! First set, totally crooked and not even.. apparently it’s just my finger... Second set, totally rushed and sloppy, went back for them to fix them... they only fixed the polish, then started popping off the next day. Third time, terrible customer service and say yes we have time then you sit there for half hour while they rush other customers. I would NOT recommend.

My husband and I had wonderful services at the Fainting Couch Spa. I had a body scrub and massage with Alicia- absolutely fantastic! She is wonderful! Friendly and great at her job. My hubby had a facial and massage with Carlyh and was very impressed as well. Wonderful service and great at her job. We would definitely book there again. Clean, friendly staff and great location.

Absolutely LOVE my hair every time I go to Liz! I get blonde highlights/lowlights and a trim. She makes my hair looks so natural, the colour is amazing!! Plus, she has a super lovely personality and is very professional :)

Terrible service and even worse customer service. 2/3 services provided to my sisters and I were incredibly terrible. We experienced uneven shape, streaky colour, cuticles flooded with polish and no attention to detail or care. I let my nail tech know about the issues, including the fact the she nicked my cuticle to the point where it was clearly raw and she refused to acknowledge it. Front desk reception and nail techs refused to recognize the problems, after almost 20 minutes of complaining and voicing our concerns - all our services had to be re-done. There was no apology offered for this terrible experience and we paid full price for all services.

My first time at Four Seasons Nails and I was actually very impressed with the service! A lot of people recommended them to me and I'm glad I checked them out! Lucy and Anna were very friendly and professional! They did a great job with my mani pedi for my vacation!

The foot massage I received was fantastic.

I had a manicure today with Henna and it was great!! She was professional and gave a great hand massage. I love the shape and the color I would definitely recommend this salon !
