Best pedicure EVER! I’m from Ontario and here for vacation...Jack gave the best foot/leg massage and he also made sure my heels were super smooth unlike pedis I’ve had elsewhere. Bonus, the massage chair was A+

Tran was amazing! Seriously the best nails I've ever had. I was waiting outside for my Uber and the receptionist offered for me to wait inside and gave me a little gift pack with some cuticle oil in it! Such thoughtful staff and really clean and professional service. I'm absolutely going back when I'm in town.

They do any amazing job every single time for both my acrylic extensions and pedi. Most importantly their shaping is always on point!

The nail technicians are always very attentive to detail, the gelish polish and their application is always flawless and lasts forever! Seriously I've been putting off getting my nails redone b/c of covid but other than my nails growing out. They look perfectly fine

I've visited OP Nails previously, a few years back. Returned today to get an eyebrow wax and decided to get a pedicure done (it's been a while!) The staff here are lovely ladies, hard-working, polite and thorough. Highly recommend.

I had my an appointment for 3 people. I had asked to get a mani pedi done but only agreed to the pedicure if if it was possible to get both services done at the same time, if not I would come back another day. I asked four times and they said it was doable. My friends have started their pedicures while I waited 15 minutes in the chair with the bowl of water that was draining. Finally someone began my pedicure and then after another 10-15 minutes someone began my manicure. After filing and cutting my cuticles the worker left to do someone elses nails. I had acknowledged they probably weren’t going to have time to finish my nails. My friends were already waiting for me to be done and the worker asked for me to move to the table to do my manicure which I declined as it would have taken more time and I had asked politely multiple times for it to be done at the same time. When I went to pay they began charging my $68 for a pedicure and half done “manicure.” I asked why I was being charged for a service that wasn’t fulfilled completely. The two women began yelling and arguing with us while we were remaining calm. Let me also note that one of the workers was trying to promote another location and pushing for us to follow their instagram as we entered. The workers are very unprofessional and unreliable. No customer service skills.

Cheap prices for gel nails, but also got cheaper quality nails. I do want to note that they were able to accommodate our walk-ins so that was a huge plus. However, back to the quality. My existing polish was not removed properly and could still see it after everything was done. I had to chip it off. Also, my cuticles and nail beds weren’t treated at all; she went straight to removing existing polish, trimming the nails and putting on extensions. Also did not get any sort of hand massage after as my cousin did with her gel nails. Inconsistent service. The nails still turned out ok but I had to clean it up myself after.

heard about this place from a friend and i have no regrets all the ladies are super nice and seem to enjoy what they do i definitely will be coming back here again soon.
