We made at an appoint for 3 people at 1:45 but only one of us got our nails done after waiting 30 minutes. While I was waiting my turn for over an hour, they let three other people in front of me who had appointments for much later times. When my mom told the owner that we had been waiting for over an hour she was rude and dismissive and made snarky comments to my sister about my mom for the rest of the manicure. Her nails turned out ok at best and had completely different lengths. Waiting for over an hour has happened multiple times but to not get 2/3 peoples nails done was very disappointing.

Amazing people!❤️ Very kind to my mother whose a senior with Dementia. The ladies that did her mani and pedi treated her delicately without me intervening. I ended up with a mani and hair color touch up as well because of that fact. I wanted to pay back the kindness, in turn, my hair turned beautiful. Thank you Le, we’ll forever be your clients.
