Service was too bad...they charge more amount but actually told before😡

They were very attentive, meticulous and caring. The foot and leg massage was wonderful! I will come back!

Tracy did my nails and she did an amazing job :)) I showed her the design I wanted just in time for Valentine’s Day and did incredible!!!! I definitely recommend her if you want your nails done :)

Amazing service and quality work - got a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure that has lasted a month already with minimal chipping/signs of wear. Worst of it is having my nails grown out but otherwise they look and feel nice still.

What I asked for vs what she gave me! 🥰 I’ve never had better nails. And her nails are built to last. I got these on 12/28 and only had to get one nail fixed bc I literally fell off of a stool and my thumbnail broke. She fixed it the next day and wouldn’t let me pay her. But I tipped her bc she does AMAZING work. Then fast forward to the new year, I had to pry them off last night 1/13/2022. Her. Nails. LAST!!! When I go back to California I’m going back to her first thing!! 💗

They did a good job at Pedicure and Manicure for me. There are multiple chairs for both so service is pretty fast and employees there are very friendly. Good nails spa in Fremont area.

I LOVE this place, found Melissa’s Instagram and had to check it out! Now I’m a new regular, I had my nails done by Ava I believe and she did amazing! She did exactly what I asked for and was super nice. My nails were $70 and it’s so worth it and it didn’t take super long either. They have good precautions for Covid and everyone is super friendly 💗 HIGHLY RECOMMEND but keep in mind they do CASH ONLY ! In case anyone needs to know that 💗

Amazing service and friendly environment! And I'm veery picky. If you're thinking about booking an appointment, online please don't use this link, Call. I was very lucky I called in. I talked with the owner and she says she hasn't been able to have access to the online bookings on google from the link for some time now. As far as the service goes, the owner did my nails and she did an amazing job at that. Lisa pays immense attention to detail and will make sure that you are comfortable. She values being able to take her time and succeeds at keeping a no stress environment. This was my first visit,I couldn't have picked a better place to get my nails done. She did a beautiful job, was very gentle, and was a delight to talk to. I decided to get a full acrylic set, I only just got them done, but I can tell that they are going to last a long time. I will definitely be a returning customer 😊 I hope this helps anyone who's considering booking online.

July 7, 2021. It was my first time coming to Royal Nail . May take care of me. I got a pedicure and a manicure done. They also have a mini bar. Which serves you red wine white wine or vodka etc. I will definitely be coming back. Great customer service.

Really great service and ambiance. Ann did my natural nails with gel really nicely. Definitely going back. Super close to SJSU and great walk/bike friendly location in Japantown, plenty of parking Friday mornings.

This was mine and my mom’s first time here at the shop was definitely a pleasant experience they took great care of us we love our nails in our feet I would definitely recommend the balm pedicure it is heavenly thanks again definitely found our shop :)
