The woman who usually cuts hair is very rude and aggressive when doing nails - she's constantly checking her personal phone, making phone calls, and texting while also being really impatient and rough with customer nails. There's another person who looks and acts just like her. If you go or book appointments just ask for Lisa- she's very gentle and focused on her work. Keeps her phone in her desk and is never distracted she's always so friendly and makes sure your nails look fantastic.

Cindy is the absolute best! Love her work on my nails, and she is very thoughtful and professional. The salon is always very clean and sanitary. It was recently remodeled and it looks great!

Pretty lame pedicure. I was in and out in a half hour and they didn’t even cut my cuticles. Did a sloppy paint job, then over cleaned it up, only to put the top coat on and get it all over my skin. Only reason it gets a two star instead of a one is because they used sugar scrub and a hot rock- may have only been for a few seconds, but at least it came standard with the pedi. Was going to get my nails done and opted out after I saw what a lame job they did on my toes. Won’t go back.

Kathy did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. I love that she takes her time and get to know her customers. I will definitely come back to her.

Quick service but very good

I had a really good experience with Kate. I went in for a regular manicure and pedicure and Kate patiently cut, filed, polished and massaged my hands and feet without rushing. I'll be returning to Sassy Nail and Kate.

The girls at the Benefit Brow bar are very professional, talented and knowledgeable. Alondra has helped me multiple times and she's one of the reasons why I will continue to go back. I haven't booked an appointment in a while bc of covid, but they keep the area very clean which makes me feel so comfortable.

Everything covid now requires an appointment of some sort. I wouldnt walk into any establishment anymore without an appointment and expect service right away. Ive been going to Holly for the last year. A friend of mine recommended meet to her and I couldn't be more happier w my nails. I am that person who hadnt gotten any acrylic on her nails for 20+ years. Then during the pandemic I wanted nails. 🤦🏾‍♀️ The passion Holly has for nail designs and nail care shows in her work each and every time. I am happy and loyal.
