Dear technician, I felt devalued when you have rush jobs and it caused me to get angry. We all have busy schedules and it's not fair that the quality of my nail work to have constantly decline after 3 months of working with you. I have supported the business 2-3 times a month, plus have a tip Everytime. Know that i know that you know you have not did your best with my nails and for that I will not come back because i shouldn't have to tell you it's a bad job, we both know your superb potential. It hurts me more to have lost you, but now you have lost a loyal customer. The staff is friendly, beautiful environment, reasonable prices. My experience doesn't have to be yours. This is a wonderful place to unwind and get extra cute.

I am new to the neighborhood and this was the first place I went to since the pandemic. My first time was ok not the best or worst pedicure but I went back and this time Lilian did my pedicure. She’s super friendly and honest and took very good care of my ingrown nails. She took her time and made the service worth the money. I definitely recommend her and I will be going back to only her. The down side of this place are the chairs :( super uncomfortable and I am not able to fully relax, they are not massagers or recliners a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!

SOOO, I just need to say I had the BEST experience for a pedi yesterday…. I haven’t had one since July & I’ve been hesitant because I get really sensitive to my toes since I always have ingrowns that hurt like HELL, the lady at happy toe nail removed them gently and carefully and I honestly didn’t really feel it ! They also did a 10 min massage, made sure I was comfortable with each process / let us know what was next. My daughter had a manicure and she said it was perfect (she’s a very picky 6 year old lol) By far our best experience and I absolutely LOVED it, I felt so relaxed and soooo so taken care of. 10/10 will come back here for all my pedi needs.

Love Kn nails I have been seeing Ken and he is the absolute best :) He has been doing my nails for awhile now and they always look amazing. I always get so many compliments about my nails!I can’t wait for him to do my wedding nails next month.

First time going and they did a really good job and very clean!

Asked for French tip shortglitter nails! White tip rest glitter! He didn't do the glitter. And I told him he was hurting me and he said no it's a tickle. I told him no he was hurting me and to stop! He kept looking around and moving his chair! Will never go back and didn't tip! Was told it was 35 and up for a set when I called and he charged me 45! I knew it would be extra for white tips but apparently I was told the wrong price

I started coming here in the beginning of the year and I come every time I need a fill or want a new acrylic set. The shop is clean and the staff are so nice. Ellen is so friendly and takes extra care to make sure your nails are perfect. It's really nice when a business remembers your name and takes good care of their regular customers. I definitely recommend coming here for all your nail needs!!

So... I give them a 4 on cleanliness but a 2 on pedicures and a 3 on acrylic sets for an average score of 3 stars ... details below. The work stations and floor were clean, however when she grabbed the bowls from the cupboard they still had the liquid you use with acrylic powder still in it. So it hadn't been sterilized from the previous customer, and she added more blue liquid to the same cup. My pedicure was minimal soak.. lightly scrubbed with pumice stone and nail are unevenly painted. They are noticeably different shades of the color I chose. My acrylic set is crooked and thick. It kinda looks like I broke my pinky finger. Also the flower I asked for looks more like the Nickelodeon splat then the tulip I showed as inspiration.

I felt so bad going in and having them fix a nail but they were SO kind about it!! Got acrylics, second level pedicure and eyebrow wax and they were all amazing. Staff is awesome and my nails are strong. This is the best place in slo ❤️❤️❤️
