Michelle is no longer there as this business is under new ownership now. But they did a great job with my husband and I with the Manicure and Pedicure. Also they are wheel chair friendly too. Still the same great service and lots of improvements to the way the shop looks. Glad we went!

Mani/Pedi kind of day! Relaxing at Ella's

I went there about two weeks ago. I selected Japanese gel. After three days one gel came off so I asked to repair. Then after one week, other finger peeled off/came off so I gave up to repair. Then two nail has broken today so I needed to cut. This is gel but not tough at all. Gel was too thin I think but it depend on the nail condition? I have never had this trouble in Japan. Maybe very different system. So I will learn self nail. First week everybody said shining and beautiful but it didn’t last two weeks.

Su is literally the best in all of San Jose. I only let her touch my nail. Su convinced me to do dip powder for the first time and I LOVE it! So natural and elegant. She is so honest and kind. Highly recommended. Pictured is my natural nails, before seeing her I literally had no nails at all!!! She really takes care you her clients! Love her!
