I came in a Wednesday morning and was the only customer there. My homegirl and I wanted to get our nails done and they were nothing but accommodating. I would definitely come back as they have a wide selection, reasonable prices, and is very clean/sterile with their work. Thanks PRO NAILS DESIGN !

What a positive experience! The ambiance was very relaxing and the pedicure was outstanding. Tracy was very professional while at the same time was very friendly. Her work was very thorough and included an awesome massage, including with stones. What a welcome addition to the Orcutt community! I will be back, for sure.

Amazing nail spa! New gem in the area. Clean facility, professional technicians, fast and good quality. My gel nails stay for 3+ weeks. Would definitely coming back.

For the price this place is not it. One of the ladies working there I think she’s one of the owners was so rude and literally hit my leg and rolled her eyes various times. She didn’t ask how I wanted my nails and basically did whatever she wanted. I wanted pink under my French and she didn’t even ask. She was rushing me to pay when I went with someone else and was waiting for them to finish as I was paying for us both. I will never be going back here. I know she could’ve taken a bit more time on it as well. Felt super unwelcome and like they didn’t want me there. However the guy working there and the other girls are kind.

This place used to be the best for quality and service. Since the takeover it has gone down but the prices are still high.

I got the peppermint pedicure ($45) on a Sunday evening. I went in around 5:10pm thinking they’ll do a 45 min treatment because they close at 6pm but Lee is a perfectionist and I didn’t even come out until 6:30pm! The peppermint scrub/massage was super refreshing, coupled with a pretty amazing massage chair, mimosa, and snacks, it’s like all stress just melts away. She did a great job on the toe nails as well, especially when I have one difficult big toe nail. I’m so impressed by their quality of service and the overall cleanliness. I definitely highly recommend them!
