Nail color not applied properly, feet were only cleaned, no sanding or filing done for my rough feet and toes, proper foot equipment was lacking, they used a nail file on my toes to clean the cuticles Wow 😲. A waste of $25, wish I could say something positive but can't other then the ladies were nice.

Got some landscaping done. Yen was fast and brave to take care of me. 😂 Better pricing than European wax, THAT'S FOR SURE!!

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to!! Super picky about my nails and left more than satisfied! All the ladies were so sweet and did an amazing job❤️. Will definitely be coming back.

Super neat, clean, and relaxing shop. Staff are kind and friendly, and they do a very thorough job. Also awesome pricing & complimentary tea/coffee— I can’t wait to come back! Only cons is they don’t have a large color selection and + $2 to pay with a card. :/

Prices still reasonable!

I have had to reschedule my appointments multiple times and on different days . Why make me schedule an appointment and knowing you have appointments scheduled your going to accept 3 walk ins right at my appointment time ? How am I now a valued customer if not more than them for making an appointment? This has happened multiple times .

Loa-An's is great, just like all the reviews i read that helped me decide to stop by in the 1st place. Eyebrows waxed, Mani and Pedi – very happy with the multicoloured nail polish work. I'll be back. 😎

Kathy is the best nail salon I have been too. My BFF is a 20+ year customer and I’ve just started going back to here after some 10 year hiatus.
