Love this nail shop

Absolutely love this place. They can do anything! Walked it with a picture from Pinterest and I pretty much got the exact thing as what was in the picture. So cute!!

I visited this facility today due to a broken nail. I asked for a fill-in and to cut my nails shorter. What I received was a gel nail color that I didn’t select, there are several lumps due to uneven acrylic applied within the nails themselves, there was gel nail polish left on my skin around the nails, on the side of the nails where gel polish was supposed to be applied there are missing spots, but the worst thing that happened was the nail technician left all of the color and designs from the previous manicure on my nails. She was too lazy to remove the original acrylic and design; which made the nails so thick on my fingers. Lastly, the nail drill bits were kept in an altoid container. Who does this? I will never spend any more money in this establishment and they shouldn’t even be providing services to the public? I wouldn’t have given this place 1 star, but I had to select something in order to write this review. Horrible, horrible service!!!

There are a dozen nail salons in this area which gives a consumer many options. I understand that because nail salons are In demand, they’ll always have customers. As a consumer. It matters to me how I’m treated from the moment that I step into the door. Great customer service should be our expectations as a customer and when the basic customer service standards are not met, we should not patronize that business. Pick a color is not a greeting. Not allowing the customer to explain what they are looking for is not good communication. I was treated very rudely and I will never be back.

This is my go to beauty supply store. They have the best selections and I always find exactly what I need and more. Plus, they're open on Sunday which is a must for me and my busy schedule. Not to mention they are so friendly and helpful

Haleigh is my new go-to brow gal! She takes the time to explain everything she is doing and makes sure you are totally satisfied with your service. She is very professional and truly wants to make sure every client walks out looking their best. She is also so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable while you're in her chair. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars!

Been using Kim's Nails for years & always get great service. They don't try & upsale like so many other nail salons.

I love my Nails ! The Nail techs are really sweet and patient and gave me exactly what I asked for .. I love coming here and will continue to come get my nails done with them ☺️☺️
