Very friendly staff.

I broke my nail 15 minutes before my wedding! Never been to Mondern Nails ever but they are close to me. Ran in, said I broke a nail, I get married in 15 minutes please help. They helped, made it looks as good as new and i was back in time for my wedding day! Thank you Modern Nails.

I got a pedi here a couple weeks ago, clean environment, had masks on & required guests to as well, appointment required. Great set up! Thank you!!!

Very good service and clean

I have short, pixie style hair and have gotten a haircut from Brandy a few times, and she is an awesome person who gives an awesome haircut! She makes the appointment fun and I’ve been very satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this salon.

This place is a hidden gem to say the least. I got a hair cut and color with Mr. Pintel and it was the greatest experience I’ve had. Apart from the excellent service he’s kind and genuinely caring, he really dedicates his time and experience into helping you out with your concerns.

I have been to many nail salons. This was my first time at Retreat nails. Horrible service, rude women at the Salon and poor quality products. I got manicure done. My nail polish wouldn’t dry after manicure. I waited 20 minutes. The lady switched off the mini fan and asked me to leave. My polish wouldn’t dry even after an hour. I had to go to another place to get my nails done again.

Here people are doing amazing job. I'm very satisfied. Recommend

The quality of the service is amazing. The new location is so cozy and cute. I was honored to be the first customer at the new location. Annie can has moved to 12366 Saratoga Sunnyvale Road in Saratoga. Still easy access and new vibe is even better than before.

All the ladies are wonderful! Very kind and knowledgeable about their business. I really can't say enough good things about this shop. Very clean!

Tiffany and Kim both worked on my nails I am absolutely in love with how cute these are I'm so grateful that they work so diligently fantastic service super friendly vibe I could have fallen asleep if I'm being honest thank you ladies and Larry you guys really rocked

Terrible place! Not transparent with their pricing. It’s not posted anywhere, except online, which they claimed was not accurate and insisted on charging me more. They charged 40 for a gel manicure and 40 for a basic pedicure. But it gets worse — the gel manicure didn’t even last two days. I called and asked if they could fix it and they told me to come in. When I arrived they refused to fix it, and told me they’ll need to charge me 45 dollars to redo it (yes, apparently they forgot how much they charged me initially and now it’s 45). The owner screamed at me in the salon as she refused a refund or to fix my nails. It seemed they never had any intention to fix them, only to get me in the salon and then tell me they’d need to charge me once again! Go anywhere else!

The best nail salon on the peninsula. I’m a long time customer and have always enjoyed exceptional service and timely appointments. Lovely, hard working ladies who give wonderful manicures and pedicures.

I've been going here for 2 year and it's the only place I'll use. The staff is amazing and friendly . I've never had a bad mani/pedi here. Diem does an awesome job. It is very clean. They put plastic bag liners in the tub for the pedi so it's always clean. Highly recommend :)
