LoAnn is the best pedi-manicurist in the Bay area. She listens to what you want done and will keep perfecting her work until she's satisfied. She has a gentle demeanor with an extensive clientele. It's best to schedule an appointment with her a month before as she is very popular but she's willing to accommodate last minute requests if there's any cancellations.

It says walk ins are welcome. The door was locked but a worker was in. She opened half way through - so rude - said she is waiting for someone. As I leave, her friend walks in with food to eat together !

I had a poor experience. Therapists didn’t really know how to massage & sometimes it even hurt while massaging.

If you want your SNS (dip powder) nails done right, book an appointment with Ellen. She did a great job and is very friendly. She works during the week and not on the weekends. I get the pointy almond shape and I always go for a nude color and I love it. Ellen really made up for an experience I had. She spends the time on your nails. The powder lasts a lot longer than gel.Just got the marble look on nude nails. So cute. I can't stop looking at how good Ellen did

I had horrible experience here, when I get there they told me that I called them and cancelled my appointment and the manager/owner was so rude and unprofessional! They don’t valued your time they think that they can just over book all the time! After getting my nails murdered I won’t come back here anymore! Please residents here in San Carlos don’t support this rude people!

I got gel manicures my first time at KT nails and they lasted an entire month so I came back for another round of gel manicures. And once again they did an amazing job I will definitely be going back again!
