They do great work. Need an appointment. Only 2 ladies work there.

Tony is the manager and is rude. He is hardly ever on time and if you’re late for an appointment, he’ll take a walk in rather than wait 5 minutes for you. The women who work for him are the sweetest, but he’s in charge, unfortunately. Not the cleanest salon around!

I've been going here since I moved to the neighborhood some months ago and I love it. The staff is great and they remember my name, super kind people and my nails have never been healthier. The experience is worth the price and the nails last a long time. All of the nail techs have been great.

The shop is clean and technician did a great job on my nails. Recommend going there.

By far the best nail salon in San Francisco. The space is beautiful, the treatments natural (they let you pick your own homemade soak or scrub) and all the nail polish brands are by women owned companies. This spot is a little bit outside of my neighborhood but it’s worth the distance for me because the quality of service is so much better. You feel like your at a spa. Thank you to everyone at The Nail Hall!

Service is prompt, consistent and very thorough, especially with managing my cuticles. I feel like I leave Lovely Nails with healthy, glowing nails every time. I feel very fortunate to have access to their care and expertise. I am leaving a review because it's the holidays and I wish them success and prosperity for the New Year. Being a small business in downtown San Rafael has to be tough, so cheers to these ladies who are hardworking and tough as nails. :-)

Loved it! Made an appointment. Was seen right on time. Tools were sanitized. Van, who did my gel manicure, was really thorough and made sure I was happy by checking in with me and asking how I liked the shape of my nails as she worked on them (I have two crooked index finger nails). She took her time. They also have a HUGE selection of colors. I'll definitely be back! 😄 #vanfanclub

I’ve been coming to Creative Nail spa for over 2 years because I love how Hailey does my nails! She’s always so professional and sweet. She just added a whole new set of different colors to choose from too! She offers dip which is less damaging to the nail. She’s the best! :)

The owners were super nice and really good people. My feet were really bad and they took their time and I was really happy. I will be back. I let them know ahead of time so they were prepared

Cristal dose an amazing job on long layers! I went in with long straight hair and came out with bouncy seven layered hair with natural curl she took all the wieght off I feel so good

I had a wonderful experience getting acrylics here, the ladies were so nice and fun and they did a wonderful job that has truly lasted!!

I have missed this salon! They have so many services to choose from with excellent technicians. Anyone looking for girls or guys nail/salon party this is the place! Private rooms, plenty of space for groups of 20 or smaller. I am grabbing gift certificates for my friends and family for the holidays.

Everyone is super nice and friendly here! Would recommend coming here even as a walk in like I did today!

Linda is amazing!! It was my first time in the salon and it was wonderful, Linda is very professional and her work is exceptional. I’m really happy with my eyelashes!!!
