This place is dirty and smells. The women kept pushing services we didn't want and then upset when I kept saying no thank you. Not a very good job for a basic manicure. I gave what I thought was a reasonable tip and she replied "that's all?" I'm sure she said some choice words in her language. 🙄

Fun to go with a friend. Wonderful massages with the massage chairs are very comfortable. My fingers and toes are very happy with this place.

Always an awesome pedicure. If Susan is rushed when doing your nails she does well but sometimes nicks you with drill🙁. Overall great

The lovely ladies at Spectrum Nails go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. They even have personal mail kits with your own tools in them so you know they aren’t being reused, which is super important at a time like this! The service itself was great, and you cannot beat the price for SF. Highly recommend!

Only place I will go to get my pedicure for a reasonable price. Those other shops up the street charge you to much for the same thing or maybe even better.

I've been searching high and low for a nail salon locally that would: 1. NOT cut me 2. Not use cheap products that would cause my acrylic to lift it break after a week. 3. Take their time to do the job without making me feel rushed! Long story short, I've been traveling from Monterey to Morgan Hill every 3 weeks for 6 years now because no one in Salinas, Monterey or Seaside/Marina could meet my expectations. Trust me, I've looked high and low! My nail person in Morgan Hill just moved to Florida so here I was again, searching for a new nail tech. I started asking my clients (I own a hair salon in Monterey) who they were going to... Mermaid Nails kept coming up. So .. I gave them a call (no answer) but I recieved a text shortly afterwards. I confirmed what I wanted and made the appointment. This morning I was greeted and as I sat down I immediately noticed the abundance of nail color/design selections by well respected names in the beauty industry. The young lady that did my nails was gentle, never cut me and filled my nails and shaped them to my liking perfectly! Debating over two colors, she offered to do two nails... One with each color so I could choose. Never feeling rushed or pressured, I chose my color and she seamlessly painted each nail and trimmed some of my cuticle when finished. From the time I walked in to the time I left, it was 45 minutes and it was a peaceful experience to say the least. The family that owns this business should be proud, they take the time and put their effort and energy into making each client truly feel like you are their #1 guest! I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to go back!
