Due to the nature of my job, I can’t have long nails anymore… but I had a week+ off and decided to get almond style acrylic gel. I have come here for the basic mani/pedi before and it’s been good. But I now know why she comes highly recommended from different friend circles across the Bay… Jennie is not just good, she’s a perfectionist, an artist, and she’s fast. If you want quality work, she’s the one. The shop is small, so make an appointment. And be mindful that there will be a wait at times. But she’s 100% worth it.

I have been going to universal nails for about 10 years. I have never been disappointed. Warren and Jennifer are the most obliging people to make their customers happy. Would highly recommend them.

Been here twice, great experience both times—gel manicure and regular polish manicure. The salon is clean and the techs are really gentle when filing, trimming, etc.

This is a great place to get your nails done my nail tech it's name is Dih. He is amazing my nails last for more than 4 weeks and rarely do I have a broken one. Keep up the good work guys I'm loving it. Miss Kari D

I got acrylics for the first time here and I absolutely love it! My nails looked amazing and they knew exactly what I wanted. One of the nails broke but I was able to come in the very next day and get it fixed. Overall I'm pretty satisfied.

Excellent customer service! I called 10 mins before closing for pedicures party of six and they were willing to accommodate us and did a great job. Thank you ladies☺️

I went to Bon Bon Spa to get my nails done since I haven’t tried acrylics yet. I ask for nails inspired by Nezuko, from Demon Slayer which ones of my favorite shows. They turned out so cute and stunning! The price was $70 which is good deal for the work they did. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing for getting your nails done since I was lucky enough to come around where it is not that busy, I’d say book around late noon on a week day. Good work last long

Never in my life have I had my nails done but I broke my wrist in a motorcycle accident and couldn't cut my own nails. The women who worked on my nails were polite experts who put me at ease and made me smile too. Excellent job done! I'm so happy I'm going back in 3- 4 weeks.

Best service. It was slow but she took full advantage of the time and spoiled me. Great hand massage with my manicure. She also talked nail care with me and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Pauline!

This was my second time coming here for my nails & I had a really good experience the first time....but today was baddd....the first lady who started on my nails was nice also the lady that did my pedicure. But the lady that finished my nails got loud&rude to me when I asked her about dipping powder the french style on my nail tip.....she told me to go somewhere else to get it done next time...and I said I will. I know that I am only 1 customer but this Sassy nail salon will never get my money again!

I had a pedicure from Cindy today. Gentle, but thorough, and my feet feel great. 28 dollars, which seems like the average. Would definitely recommend.

Unless the management changes, please don't go here. I got infections in two nails after a simple manicure. It's very painful to have an abscess under your finger nail, let me tell you. I had to get it lanced and be on antibiotics. The manager is a gentleman who slouches on his phone and takes the cash from the manicurists. The manicurist who did my nails was very unhappy. She set her phone up and watched videos while she did my nails. They do not follow covid protocols, and I now realize the tools were not properly sterelized. I should have said something, but I am too polite or too shy, so I am trying to redeem myself here. The chairs are comfortable, but please choose a safer place to have your nails done.
