Everything is absolutely fabulous at Smooth Effects Penticton! Its so clean, the staff are all amazing : Pamela at the front desk, Jenn & Sarah in the treatment rooms... Glo make up products they sell are amazing! I highly recommend Smooth Effects Penticton.

You won't find a better quality care and service from anyone else. Melanie is very professional all the while making you feel comfortable and right at home. She loves what she does and it shows. I strongly recommend her services.

Sally is amazing, she truly has a healing touch

I’ve been seeing Azita for the past year for getting my eyebrows threaded. She is amazing, and much better than the previous esthetician in Vancouver that used to do them for me. She’s also very quick with the thread and it doesn’t cause as much pain. Her salon is super clean and I never had any hesitation going here during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Update - She finally re-opened her salon, yay! Been going there for over 4 years now; Jenny is very detailed in her work, and she would always try to accomodate your schedule.

This is the best hairdresser in town. Me or female. She knows how to nail it. Highly recommended

My nails looked Amaaaaazing! Plus super nice service

I love this place . The staff are friendly and they always fit me in even when im late . I recommend them for all your beauty needs.

Helped me with special defoliant cream and have never had something like this work before...may be the 1 minute circling she told me about , but bumps on face more than 1/2 smaller...thanks so much

This is a note of appreciation for the staff at your Port Alberni location. On November 19 2021 my wife and I were returning from Tofino. Along the highway I noticed the low tire pressure light but I kept driving and made it into Port Alberni. I managed to put some air into the tire and called Kal tire at about 15 minutes before closing. I was told that I would be helped but I need to get to the shop quickly. I think I got there with 5 minutes to spare. The staff were friendly and got to work right away. After taking the rim off the staff noticed that the tire was shot. When I gave my customer details to the office staff and the manager they immediately offered me a free replacement tire so that I could get on my way, get back to Vancouver and get a replacement tire. The whole experience took about 20 minutes. The manager also suggested that I take my damaged tire back to Vancouver in order to get a warranty discount on the next tire. I have always had great service from my Vancouver location but the service I received from Kal Tire Port Alberni was exceptional. Kal Tire is the best! David

Absolutely love shooting here. Love the daily deals offer plus the friendly staff

Always excellent, caring service. Pharmacist, Deb McLeod, gives each of her clients personal, thoughtful and professional time to answer questions, give guidance when asked, and empathetic reassurance when needed. Thank you.

Friendly staff, has some foods I can't find elsewhere. Good desserts. Good prices too.

Always busy long waits and sometimes stressed workers can come across as grumpy and inconsiderate. 50/50 chance¹

Great tanning place....clean, great staff, good fashion as well.
