Nails

Walked in today with my friend and was seated & serviced immediately. The person who did my nails was gentle, patient and very interested in getting my input as we went on; which I loved. The attention to detail from the shape, to the very end, made my experience better. Plus they were very pleasant to speak with. I will be back.

i got my nails done here and the store was very nicely decorated and had the radio playing when i first walked in, The lady was very nice and got to my nails right away. as she was filing down my nails she accidentally rubbed my skin which made it bleed and was painful so thats the reason i took away one star. The other reason for the other star is that the gel they use burns my fingers in the lamp but i understand that can happen so i only thought id take away half a star, the other half is that they are a bit uneven but thats ok and the alcohol wipe or something stung my cut. But those are all common mistakes and thats ok :) will be returning soon!!

I have been going here getting shellac polish on my nails every 3 weeks since July. The younger woman that works here usually does my nails and she is a really good nail tech. She takes her time, is very precise and always does a wonderful job. The couple times I had the owner do my nails, it came out really bad. It was bumpy and mis-shaped. She was very rough on my nails too. So usually when I go, I make sure to get the younger woman to do them because I know they’ll be done correctly. Over the last couple of months, the shellac product has really damaged my nails. I used to have very strong healthy nails that would grow very long, but now they are very thin and brittle. I went into the salon to get the shellac filed off my nails to give my nails a break so they can get healthy again. The owner filed my nails, she used a file way to rough on my nails, and basically filed the last bit of life left to my nails off. She was so rough, and now my nails are extremely sore. When she went to ring me up, she charged me $12. I was in her chair for not even 3 minutes. All she did was file the shellac off. She never used any product on me at all, and she charged me $12 for that. Mind you, like I said, I’ve been going there every 3 weeks since July and I leave a generous tip each time. I know it’s only $12, but I was honestly shocked. She also didn’t clean up her station before I sat down. There were nails left on the towel from the lady who was sitting there before me... That is very gross. The stations should be cleaned between each customer. Needless to say i’ll never go back there again.

Great customer service, great work, attentive and collaborative team

This is my third or fourth time getting a pedicure here and I have to say, I think it’s a hidden gem! The ladies are always so lovely. They do a fantastic job. Great experience all around. Would highly recommend!
