Really friendly people and I love my nails they did a great job

I went for a shellac French manicure. The lady was fast and precise. She checked at each step that I was getting what I wanted. The cuticle instrument came from a sealed sterilized pouch. The quality of the work is appropriate for the price I paid. A few days later, it's holding as expected. Overall a good place for a quick manicure.

Wow! My mani-pedi was amazing 🤩 I’m visiting from Toronto where I have a regular place I go but this place was by far better! My nails are simply beautiful 😍 Lee served me and she is amazing in every way! My favourite place to go in Edmonton-when I come back first place I’m going! For sure! Honestly, this is the best hair salon I have been too for my hair. Let me explain why. I went there to get my box braids done. I wanted them small and long up to my bum. I am tender headed but tell me why I did not feel any pain during my installation & my edges were treated with care to make sure that I’ll still have them when I take down the hairstyle. Furthermore, you are welcomed and treated like family to the point where you forget you’re even a customer. I love their professionalism and the fact that “they put the client first above everything & they make sure you leave with not only the style you asked for, BUT SATISFIED!” I have never received as much compliments as I have had with this hairstyle. I am so excited to have become a forever customer. Do yourself a major service and try them out. It was the best money I have ever spent + they do everything which means you don’t even have to make multiple appointments in different locations for your beauty needs. It is a one stop shop. In conclusion, if I could give them a million stars I would. I love my hair, I love the service and their location is easy to find as well. Ladies please go and find out for yourselves. You will not be disappointed & you will leave looking and feeling absolutely FANTASTIC!

Lisa is a fantastic nail tech! I’m new to the world of gel nails and I never thought I’d be into getting my nails done regularly, as I wasn’t that interested in really long overlays nor flashy designs. Lisa has really embraced my simple and minimalistic style, so I’m now a regular!

Was referred here by a friend. And I am so happy! The service was perfect I'm in love with the work that was done and being in a clean and calm atmosphere was the icing on the cake! 10outof10 ❤

This place was absolutely horrible. The lady who removed my gel nails was eating her lunch at the nail table and did not sanitize it, she also used her dirty napkin to “wipe” the desk before beginning my removal. I had asked her to file my nails off as that is the proper removal process and she declined saying that it’s wrong and told me to do it myself at home then- and continued using an acrylic nail tip and her own nails trying to peel my nail off. Afterwards she grabbed the wrong gel colour to paint my nails. I had told her this is not the colour I had picked and she literally argued with me about it. At the end of my service I asked to speak with a manager and this lady proceeded to deny even knowing her manager & got her co worker to come assist her in verbally assaulting me. They ganged up on me like a pack of wild animals, mocking me and denying their horrible services. I will never step foot in here again! Ever.

I’ve had my lashes and nails done for many years and by far, Anna and her team have exceeded my expectations! Anna did my lashes today and they are amazing!! And my nails always look beautiful and last! I’m committed to EM now, so happy to have found them.
