I had a gift card from a friend who paid for a pedicure plus cleaning fee and the staff argued that I had to pay again for the service. My friend called & told them that she had her receipt of proof & they didn't care. I had to pay again. The dishonest of this business is unacceptable. I didn't have a problem paying the money but the principle of it so wrong. I will not recommend this salon to any of my friends.

Went twice.. last time the lady did shellac and it was ok. Nothing good about the pedicure. It looks like they have favourite customers as some get good treatment not all. 2nd time wanted to get shellac done , the guy did it. It did not even last for 4 days. Poor quality and bad job. Never returning to this salon for sure! If they are priced so high being in Milton mall they should give high quality too.

I’m new in the neighborhood and needed my brows shaped and waxed. The lady did a good job, fast and created the look I liked. Only her hands were not very gentle when guiding me to turn my face but I thought it was okay over all. I went in again to give a 2nd try to colour my brows and did a manicure. Linda was very skillful, nice and efficient. I am very impressed with her work and service. The following incident is the reason I will go back to this nail salon again. I looked at my bank account the next day and saw 2 withdrawals from my account for the salon and I called Tina; she said they only charged me once but will look into the matter. She called me again and confirmed there was only one charge but willing to review my account debits to find where the error occurred. I gave a call quickly to my bank where I retired from and my bank informed me they have only one charge from the salon but the bank had a system problem and many electronic transfer and charges were processed twice including my account. I called Tina back after speaking to my bank and apologized for the error and she was most relieved and very grateful for my call. She was more than gracious. I truly enjoyed the skills and service and the price is very reasonable. Just the ambiance of the salon have some room for improvement. I will certainly be back again 💜💜

I am new to the area and looked at Google reviews to find a good nail salon. I decided to give Pretty Nails & Spa a try based on what I read and I was not disappointed. ALL the staff very very pleasant and engaged with their clients. I will be booking monthly with Kim...who did a great job... I loved the leg and foot massage that accompanied the pedicure.

New to Milton, so glad I found a great nail spot! Lisa did such a great job both times that I have been. First time I went she did my nails for my wedding. I did the ombre air brush look and they came out beautiful, exactly like the picture I showed. Great service, great experience, will definitely make this my new go to!

Had the best pedicure and Shellac manicure here everything is so clean as they use single used File,scrub,pedicure spa liner even toes separater which many place don’t offer, I have had the best foot Massage ever followed by hot stone massage and hot towel can’t wait to come back to treat myself again!

Let me just start off by saying Natalie is just amazing. I was never really consistent with my nails until I started coming here. I always hated the fake nails and I saw Natalie offered structured manicures. I suffer from nail biting for YEARS and Natalie changed that for me right away. The structured manicure was an amazing option for me and I have been able to grow my natural nails out to a length I never could have imagined! The quality and art is amazing. Not only are the services great, but Natalie is such a genuine person. You feel right at home when you walk in and are always eager to catch up at the next appointment! Can’t wait to get my Halloween nails going!!

Great service, impecable work… all the ladies are very professionals and kind… my go to place since I move to Newmaket 4 years ago… always book on weekends or afternoon is busy most of the time
