Very friendly staff, very clean. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing, I almost fell asleep lol and the lady that did my nails did an awesome job. This was my first time here and I was a kind of skeptical but they did their thing. I wish I had gotten their names but thank you nonetheless.

I’ve seen many manicurists over the years and none did as consistently excellent a job as Andrea! Her manicures last minimum four weeks (see attached photo). Not only is she a perfectionist and genuinely cares about her clients but she’s also such a sweet and pleasant person! I highly recommend her.

Today was my first experience at Secret Nail Spa. They were having an exclusive opening on a Sunday and I was lucky to get in. As soon as I got in, I was warmly greeted and seated immediately. I’m so sad I don’t remember my nail artist’s name, but she was absolutely exceptional! She made sure to do exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. My nails were $85 but $11 extra as I used the machine. Bring your cash! I had gone to another well known nail spa in Milton and to a popular nail artist who was mentioned many times in the reviews. To my utter disappointment she botched my nails and didn’t hear me out with regards to my design. Definitely recommend the professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness of the nail artists at Secret Nail Spa.

I have been going to Quinn for years now. She never disappoints and always makes me feel comfortable. She’s very meticulous, cares for her craft and clients. Quinn will continue to have my loyalty, trust and business.

Love this place! This is my families go to place in Newmarket. Such kind staff and great services. Annie is so kind and really cares a lot about customer service. I stupidly booked at the location in Toronto and they worked around their schedule on a busy day to fit me in! Highly recommend
