Super friendly and helpful. No complaints.

I was referred to Iris due to issues I have been experiencing from having 3 concussions. The way they treated me while having all my testing was fantastic. They were completely understanding with my situation and took their time and explained everything so I could understand. I highly recommend them.

People in store polite and helpful but problems with glasses. Got the buy one pair, get one free opportunity 2 years ago. First pair frames fell apart within 18 months, 2nd pair got chip in lens after 2 years of careful handling. Wouldn't risk buying there again. Unless you buy the extended warranty you are out of luck. Glasses I have bought elsewhere have lasted way longer than 18 months to 2 years.

Very helpful and friendly. Was stuck without my contacts or glasses and they managed to get me a pair of contacts after I had my optometrist fax them my prescription.

I have always had great service. They were especially wonderful when I broke my glasses the week before Christmas and they not only covered it under warranty, but when they discovered my frames were discontinued they replaced my glasses with an complete new set under that warranty, and had them in before the Christmas holidays started. I will never go anywhere else!

Above and beyond customer service. A pin that holds one of the lenses in my glasses was loose and the lens kept falling out. Finally the pin fell out too so the glasses were useless to me. Not only did they fix my glasses right away while I waited, there was no charge. And they replaced the nose pads that had fallen off years ago without me asking them to. Thank you!

.........First Optical had many more excellent frames available in my price range and style than other optical stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful. An assortment of free products were included in my purchase. Here's where they earned that fifth star....I ordered them on Monday....and picked them up on Friday.

Great hometown service

The staff was fairly friendly but I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment and no one seemed to care. The selection for glasses is pretty small, but I personally wear contacts so I'm ok. They're very expensive, but they are good quality

Dr Maruscak has been my optometrist for 10 plus years. She is a consummate professional: very friendly, thorough and personable. My kids love her as well. I would not hesitate to recommend her. I sent my friend here for an emergency exam and she was very impressed as well.
