Always great service

I barely want to give them a 1 star. I called to get a replacement contact as I am home from vacation and dont have my spares. The man who answered the phone was so rude, interrupted me before I was even done explaining my situation. Simply said we cannot help you here. Ive never experienced such bad customer service as I did through this phone call.

Very professional, pleasant and thorough.

The staff at Reid optometry were amazing when I was trying to get my father a much needed prescription so he could have glasses in time for my mothers funeral service in just over a weeks time. They helped us in many more ways during the appointment itself as well. Excellent customer service and the optometrist was very thorough and answered all of my fathers questions as well. A man my fathers age knows good customer service (he is 81) and we were both thrilled with the experience we had here. Thank you!

You call with a "broken glasses" situation and you are told that the best they can do is get you in nine days time? That's service. Pathetic!!

I'm from out of town, lost a screw from my glasses. They got me up and going in no time, free of charge. Very friendly staff

I have been dealing here for 8 years and have always had amazing service and if anything ever went wrong they were always right there to take care of it
