Listen, I LOVE Loblaws. Have never had anything but fantastic experiences with the company. UNTIL TODAY. The woman working in Optical was so unhelpful, so rude, and has had me fired up for hours. I can't stop thinking about her. I won't ever buy from this place. If you like rude and nasty, go here! If you want to be treated well, avoid this optical service. The rest of the store -- and staff -- here are fantastic, but don't step foot in the optical.

I have been going here for years and consistently find the staff very friendly and professional.

Excellent place for everything vision related. Beautiful office and store front and an incredible staff!

One of the arms on my glasses broke and was unrepairable. They were well past their warranty and the style no longer available. The two staff members working went through their box of old glasses to find arms with the same hinge style, spending about 10 looking for something that would work (and be comfortable). They replaced both arms, and wouldn’t charge me - not even a service fee.

Trusting Focus Eye Center & Dr. Cheung was the biggest mistake I have ever made in 60 years. I am a pilot that can no longer fly and a contractor with greatly reduced capabilities. Huge mistake!!!!!!!!!!

First time customer and new to Kingston. Extremely helpful and friendly, even though I was looking for assistance with glasses I had bought from a different location. He fixed it up in a jiffy! Would trust this place if ever I needed new lenses again.

My daughter got her pair of glasses at 20months old, David and his team have been awesome fixing or adjusting her glasses. They are super nice people and fabulous with child with a warranty that can't be beat. I highly recommend them with anyone with children needing glasses.

Had the surgery 12 years ago and my eyes are still great! Wear cheaters occasionally when lighting is bad but distance is still as good. Couldn't be happier.
