Super disappointed. I assumed that they would have the same options that the traditional eye-ware chains offer but be less expensive. Their overall pricing however was not that much different. No luck either with their eye test which surprisingly costed more than the regular chains. In my case I have a very strong prescription so I go with the high lens reduction. I did not do so 2 years ago which is very evident on my current pair. So I specifically showed them my current glasses and asked if they could reduce the lens thickness in the new pair. I was assured they could. I was also told it would take a week to complete. I waited 3 weeks before it arrived and even then I had to visit them a couple times to check on the status. When I eventually picked up the glasses the lens thickness was identical to my old pair. Was told its the best they can do because I have a very strong prescription. So after a very circular conversation about my original request I now have another pair of thick lens glasses. In fairness, they did say I didn't have to take the glasses if I was not satisfied but I'd have to go through another few weeks of waiting which I don't have time for. What an annoyance! I guess I should have known better and stayed with the traditional chains. At least there they have the service or lens type that can be further reduced for a few dollars more. And their turnaround times are faster. Thanks Walmart for a very frustrating experience. Guess where I will NOT get my next pair from.

This is our third year here and I’ve enjoyed it. Staff are polite and friendly with myself and my children. Easy to make an appointment with and barely a wait time once you’re there... if there is a wait time. They also e-mail you to remind you of your appointment. Staff and Dr. Day are so good with children! (Aged 7 and under) Very playful and a great amount of patience. They work hard to be acomdating and to make sure you’re happy with any purchases or experience. They don’t ever push me to buy anything more than what i’m asking for. Sadly, I do have a few minor complaints. They need a bigger selection in children’s glasses. I’m not knowledgeable when it comes to glasses or eyesight because I don’t have glasses myself, nor does my spouse. Our middle daughter is the only one with glasses. So, because of her high prescription and eye turn.. and also past experience with an optimist. I like to get second opinions, which they seem to be offended by, but they are polite about it and will answer all of the questions/paperwork you may need for the second opinion. They also don’t explain much to me. I have to write down what I can remember from our conversation to research later and gain the knowledge I need. When I do ask questions, they answer but unless you ask... they won’t explain anything to you. I would recommend his services to anyone because I do believe he loves his job and cares about his patients. Just a few minor tweaks and I would give them a 5 star :)

The store employees were kind and helpful when I went to purchase my glasses. Originally I was just going to get the frames as my benefit time was done but they convinced me on a deal for my lens. I asked for scratch proof nd anti glare. I choose LensCarfters because they had the RayBan Frames I wanted. Within a month of wearing my glasses the lens were scratched. I have been wearing glasses for 47 years and never had this problem. Even showed my previous glasses to her. They suggested it's how I clean them. I used their glass solution and the RayBan cloth. (Of which I have many). . They replaced the lens or coating I'm not sure and claimed it under faulty however they wanted to sell me insurance in case it happened again. It SHOULDN't happen again. I declined insurance as I told them if it happens again I will go somewhere more reliable. Sure enough, scratches in same place on same lens 2 months later.

Their eye exams are second to none. I personally wanted a bigger Oakley selection but that's just my personal dealio. I've been waiting almost 2 months for a pair of glasses I was told would take 2 to 3 weeks. No longer impressed... I informed the manager of my displeasure and I got a massive discount. Very good customer service!

I just wanted to thank you Dr Patodia along with your team for what you do. For me it's been a great experience, and now that both cataracts have been removed and replaced with Toric IOL(intraocular lenses), I'm seeing better than ever. First thing for me is my tennis game has improved mostly because I can see the ball clearly again with great depth perception. But my first real example of sight improvement was a horseshoe tournament 2 weeks after surgery. I won the tournament! With the help of my doubles partner, we won in a field of 40 or so men. Again, I believe it was the depth perception and clear vision that helped me play so well. The surgery itself was painless and quick so anyone with the slightest fear, fear not and get ready for your own personal miracle. thanks again, a grateful patient, Cy Santavy
