Very capable, friendly staff. The waiting rooms are comfortable although I spend very little time in them.

Preston Family Eye Care

I've come here for eye care since I was a child. Always good service by a real optometrist. Dr. Zienchuk and his staff are great with kids. They also sell frames.
Heads up: free parking is available in the parking lot behind the office. Also, this is a wheelchair accessible building.
Ilex Eye Associates (Drs. D. & K. MacDonald and Associates)
354 King St N, Waterloo, Ontario, N2J 2Z2, Canada
I've always found Dr MacDonald to be professional and knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and helpful. When it came time for my tri-focals or "progressive lenses", I had a hard time adjusting to them and they were more than willing to make sure I was happy and provided the adjustments I needed. Highly recommended! And my progressive sunglasses made driving a pleasure again!

Decided to check this place out and I was amazed. Salesperson worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. Much cheaper than the other places I checked out. My glasses were ready on time and they're great.
