I went in to get an appointment to see the optometrist due to an eye injury. The optometrist was gone for the day, but the staff mentioned that he had another office in New Glasgow and called that location and book me an appointment for a couple of hours later. Their customer service was fantastic - at both offices! Thank you

Best customer service I have ever experienced. We are home on vacation and of course my luck I lost a contact and needed a replacement. Both the front lady and the optometrist working there were more than understanding and helped me immediately. I am very pleased with my service I would certainly go back every time.

Amazing customer service. Fast professional personal. I always get my glasses and checkups here.and yes they do repairs. And what a selection of glasses to choose from..wow. 10/10 will shop here again.
