Dr. Fresco is by far the best optometrist I've ever seen. He is on time, thorough, friendly with a sense of humour, and I absolutely feel like my eyes are in great hands. His front desk staff are also very professional and efficient. I never hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Very rude Asain lady as a employee! I just wanted my glasses to have tighting. Smh she wouldn't even do that. I went down the street they did for free and happily. This place diserves zero very bad customer service from the beginning. I had zero attitude. They lost me as a customer for life!

Dr. Slivka is one of the best optometrists I've ever seen. For many years, I've had a problem finding the right contact lenses. I went through several doctors who became frustrated with my inability to find a comfortable prescription and brand. Dr. Slivka took the time to work with me until I found the perfect fit. He was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Today I happened to be in the Queen East area with my kids when my son who is an infant scratched my eye. At first I wasn’t too bothered by it but as time went on it got worse and worse so I thought I better get it checked out. I googled optometrists near by and called to see if I could just come. I am not a patient but they took me right away and were so accommodating to the fact I had my two kids with me. The doctor let me hold my son while he examined me and gave my daughter stickers and let her try on glasses through my appointment. She had so much fun. The doctor was efficient, kind, and gave me very clear information about the scratch in my eye. He gave me a prescription and sent me on my way in 20 minutes. I am so glad I went in because my eye was pretty severely scratched and the experience, which could have been disaster, was so painless and even enjoyable because of this amazing doctor and staff at 360 eyecare! Highly recommend!

They really know their stuff!! The frame stylist who helped me out really took time and care to make sure I found a pair that I liked and that suited my face; I hate buying glasses, so she made it a breeze! So happy with my new pair, will visit there for my next!

I recently received a new pair of contact lenses, eye glasses, and prescription swim goggles through Dr. Karen Cobean at the Eye Associates of Don Mills. I had been searching for a great pair of swim goggles for years and Eye Associates got me the perfect fit! I highly recommend this company for top notch services and fittings. Very friendly staff makes it an all round pleasant experience.

So it had been a few years since my last eye exam and lo and behold, my old optometrist had packed up shop. I came across Dr. Lo's office and I'm certainly glad I did. It was a top notch and a professional experience from start to finish. However; before I get to the actual service, I must state how convenient the office location is. If you're a driver, this location is excellent. (If you're not, it's right off a bus route!). Ample free parking (great if you hate stressing about parking!) and her office is right on the main floor. Upon entering her office, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist. I forget her name (sorry if you're reading this, lol) but she was very courteous and polite. The office is nice and clean. Then came Dr. Lo. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt all my questions and concerns were addressed with care. I also brought my mother to get her eyes examined. If you're familiar with the elderly and slightly hypochondriac mother types, then you'll appreciate that Dr. Lo was very patient and kind with her. Emphasis on the "patient"! On the bonus side, the plaza has some great eats and drinks to have before or after the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Lo for anyone needing their eyes examined.
