Optometrist

Very impressed with my first appointment with Dr. Colin Braganza on Feb. 17th. The doctor provided a comprehensive eye exam and reviewed the test/scan results in detail. Greatly appreciate Dr. Braganza being so thorough and friendly, using technology well, and answering my many questions. Front office/support staff were very helpful, as were staff in the adjoining LensCrafters store.

Excellent eye doctor that is very detailed when assessing your eyesight.

The WORST place I’ve ever been to. 0 stars. I asked the lady if they fix glasses and she essentially cornered me into donating $10 for their charity for the services. The guy tried to help me balance my frames and ended up stiffening it and took him forever. It was honestly NOT worth the visit. I could’ve “fixed” my glasses myself. Horrible experience. They don’t know what they’re doing. The guy was ABSOLUTELY useless.

Dr.Tina is good, but if you have staff treats you like you are not needed. They think they are favouring you as if you have no choice. My mom who is 69 years and has no clue of customer service was very unhappy. They really need some etiquette, training on how to talk and behave while at their place or over the phone. I would suggest Dr.Tina to have a friendly staff who can listen and treat people as customers. I moved my family to a different optometrist and we are very happy doing this.

Been taking myself and my daughter to Dr. Winer for 8+ years now. He is always personable and friendly and takes the time to explain things in layman's terms. Never a long wait. His opto assistant is also one of the nicest women you ever want to meet. I've also purchased contacts and glasses from him and the after care customer service is excellent.

Very nice location and shop. The lady was very professional. They had a nice display of frames to choose from. A bit pricy but most of these eye glass retail stores are owned by a one huge corporation.

Dr. Singh is extremely thorough and patient with my eye exam. Staff here is also very friendly and helpful. Been to there downtown location before, definitely recommend Optical 38!

I've been to this clinic twice, each time I saw Dr Matthew Chan. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I've been going to eye doctors all my life and I've never had such a detailed eye examination before. He was happy to explain everything in a way that I could easily understand. I was satisfied with the level of professionalism I experienced, and I will continue to visit this clinic in the future.

Have been a customer for seven or eight years. Exceptional service and attention to my eyes and their needs and their expert advise has been amazing.

Dr. Di Girolamo is a wonderful, caring eye doctor. I have been seeing him since he opened his clinic and so do my children. He is gentle and patient and takes his time to do thorough examinations. He is fantastic with children and I have made referrals to others who I know are more than pleased with the care he provides to his patients. Highly recommend!
