I had Michael fit glasses on me years ago. I remember his kindness and gentleness. I am hard of hearing as well and Michael put me at ease and made it very easy for me to understand him—he is a natural for putting others at ease. He also helped me with contract lenses and was very informative and always made sure I was comfortable with my contact lenses or glasses before sending me home. I always asked for him whenever I went to the optic store, and was very sad when he moved away to Toronto. So happy his new company is a success! Best wishes to you Michael and Joanne, and miss you!

I took my 95 year grandmother to Thornhill Eye Care and couldn't have dreamed of her receiving a more patient, accommodating and pleasant experience. The Dr. and staff are simply incredible. Thankfully, I myself do not need glasses, but if I ever do, or hear of anyone looking; I will without hesitation insist that they visit Thornhill Eye Care.

Extraordinary doctor, very knowledgeable, skilled, patient and polite. Dr. Li gives me lots of advice on eye health, including diet, eye exercises, activities to avoid, etc. Only problem with the office is that it's hard to find parking.

I love Dr Terri and Dr Ed! Dr Terri takes care of my eye examinations, and she has always been very thorough. Her down to earth personality has made my trips to their office very enjoyable and comfortable! Take in that my prescription is absolutely terrible, so finding contacts that worked for me is a pain. Dr Terri walked me through the several options I had with detail and even explained the differences between contact solutions (which I had absolutely no idea about). Even to this day, the contact solution she recommended for me is my holy grail of contact solutions. Thanks for taking care of my terrible eye problems, Dr Terri and Dr Ed!

The staff at LasikMD were amazing! Very warm and knowledgeable. They covered all the bases and answered all my questions. Made me feel more confident and at ease about the procedure. Recovery was incredible, well rested after the surgery and I was back to work on Day2. I've already recommended two of my relatives, and they've booked their surgery appointments for the early new year! No more annoying contact lenses or glasses! #WIN

The team at Eyestar Optical Vaughan Mills are very nice and professional. I have been there for a few times and have the experiences dealing directly with Mirna, Jag and Kevin. They are all super nice and always puts me at ease. They would always do beyond expectation to make my glass look perfect on me. I would highly recommend this store. Stay away from this place. Terrible customer service, very rude. Glasses are very cheap quality, I broke both pair of glasses that I got from here and were unable to get them fixed
