I had PRK laser eye surgery done by Dr. Al-Ghoul and could not be happier with the results. The surgery was very quick, non-invasive and the recovery was fast! The team was very thorough with a full afternoon of testing and consultation beforehand and multiple follow up appointments afterward (all included in the price of the surgery). I had 20/20 vision almost immediately and was fully healed in one week.

I made an eye appointment on Tuesday and today Thursday they call and need to change it. At focal point you never know if you have an appointment or not this is not the first time this has happened last year my appointment I booked a year before that got canceled a month before, where I also had booked dentist appoitments for the same day so we so we only needed to take one trip to Morden (45min drive for us) for a bunch of appointments. What is the point of booking appointment so far in advance if you cancel them anyways and sent me a card I should call and make an appointment?
