I would do 0 stars if i could! the people here are very very pushy!! I told them i did not want a certain type of lens by they put them in also they were more money. then they desided they were going to make my glasses get stronger as you look down for reading. i told them no and they did it. also they messed up so bad i have to get them redone. over all very bad place to buy glasses

Dr. Stuchl is very professional, thorough, and has a great selection of glasses. She also has a very professional staff that is great to talk to and book appointments with. Having a great small, town eye doctor is a great luxury to have! Highly recommend her!

Prices outrageous. Attempted to discuss with attendant who didn’t want to listen that her competitors were offering a much better price. Buy your glasses at vogue. Avoid this place

This weekend I was playing volleyball in Grand Falls. Upon arriving and preparing for the first game I realized I had left my contact lenses on my bathroom counter at home in St.John's. Fortunately my dear friend and teammate Lisa who I was travelling with visited your Vision Center where the helpful staff and Optician/Opthamologist on duty were able to give me a sample set of contacts ..in my prescription to get me through the weekend of games. So grateful I was able to see the ball!! Sincere Thanks😆 Leisa Sullivan

Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Long time customer (family as well) and will never return. I wanted to support a small, local business and one employee made it EXTREMELY difficult to do so. Long story short, I knew my contacts brand and power. Was told I couldn't order without my prescription faxed. Whatever. Fine. If that's your policy, it's stupid, but fine! The customer service and way I was treated was unbelievable. This happened weeks ago and I'm still upset. The actual owner is a gem, you need to watch who you have on your front line representing your business!

Great frames and prices. A little inconvenient as glasses seem to take longer to come in here than other place I’ve been. Plus all came in separate, three trips in later.....Had to send one pair back for a permanent smear on lens. Got them fixed, seems like the other lens has the same problem. It’s not to bad so I’ll live with it bc I don’t want to be bothered with some of the staff there. Kind of ignorant for their mistake, a simple sorry would have gone a long way.
