Bad experience with them, not recommended.

Prompt service from a knowledgable and courteous staff.

My boyfriend never speaks ill of anyone but the experience he had from the staff made him very upset last night. He was asking for options for prescriptions and safety glasses and the staff made him feel that he’s unwelcomed, cheap and should just pay and leave. They didn’t even bother asking if he has insurance, which he does! The doctor who looked out for him was very nice though. We will be doing business with someone else that’s for sure.

This is a wonderful professional business. Both my children had eye exams yesterday. For my youngest it was his first time. He was so excited. For my daughter, she already wears glasses, this was just a yearly check up to see if anything has changed. I was very happy that my youngest does not need glasses at the moment and my daughters vision remained pretty much the same. What makes this place fantastic is that the eye doctor did not try to sell me things that my kids did not need (y'know? Like when you take your car in for service and all of a sudden there is so many things that need replacing?) It's nice to have an honest, respectable service like this in a small town. Kudos to Lakeland Family Eyecare :)

Aleays friendly and helpful. I was there for an urgent matter and they were so great about my walk in since I didn't have an appointment and was sent over by the resident doctor
