I couldn't be happier with You and Eye. I was a new customer here due to my move to the South of Edmonton and I was treated like a regular. It was quite comfortable during my eye exam and glasses fitting, and I would definitely come here again for my next pair of glasses and exam.

Due to complications with my previous doctor, I was in desperate need of a new optometrist. I had the exceptionally good fortune of having Dr. Mehta recommend to me by a close friend. My initial contact was with Dr. Mehta’s receptionist. She was so pleasant and accommodating, intently listened to my story and calmed my fears. She was able to get me in quickly to see Dr. Mehta. I was so impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. I had the most thorough eye exam, complete with needed explanations, pictures, and suggestions. Dr. Mehta never rushed and always made me feel valued, and my needs catered to. Upon deciphering my prescription Dr. Mehta, personally, took me over to Pearle Vision and “Deidre”. I was so impressed with the service, the cost, and the speed of getting not only my glasses, but sunglasses as well. I highly recommend Dr. Mehta as I am extremely pleased.

Thorough, kind, odd gentleman. No doubt about receiving the best care in his hands. He will never assume what's wrong, definitely the type to investigate and exhaust all options.

The service was top-notch, the product selection was great and prices were reasonable.

I had a wonderful experience during my full eye exam last week at Lacombe Vision Centre. The facility was immaculately clean with a wide range of choices in glasses, and personable staff who were ready and able to help me choose some new specs. My appointment started positively as the lovely English lady covering the front desk escorted me to the initial testing room and collected all preliminary information with a kind and positive tone. The eye exam itself was with Dr. H, who was soft spoken and meticulously thorough. Overall a great experience... a place were I will definitely go back, and will book my two year old son's very first appointment, as I am confident that the friendly staff will take good care of him!

Horrible costumer service. Sent my eye glasses in to get the lenses updated. They said that there's only a 1% chance that the frame would break and that it hasn't happened in 9 years. Well they called me and told me the frame broke and I had to come in and buy a new frame. Didn't even apologize. When I tried to contact them they never pick up the phone and it's almost impossible to get your call to go through. The one time my call got through the receptionist hung up on me in the middle of trying to explain my situation to them. After the whole ordeal not once did they apologize to me. Worst customer service I've experienced and i am never going back there again.

My visit at Saddeltowne Optometry was A GREAT Experience.. I was impressed by the technology and professionalism.I was immensely satisfied with both professional and medical services and above all the Kindness and Politeness of Dr.Patel and Dr.Alex (intern)and the staff.

It’s amazing

Great experience. Staff more than helpful despite being busy. Glasses came in as ordered. When there was a small issue with the frame, it was exchanged for free. Will be a repeat customer.
