Had an AMAZING experience at the one in Capilano... should have gone back! Screwed up my glasses TWICE then acted all condescending when I asked for a refund, telling me that they "didn't charge [me] when [my] perscroption changed." That's their POLICY!!! 30 day guarentee! Don't act like you did ME the favour when your policy states I am allowed to change my perscription within 30 days. The problem is that your factory screwed up my lenses TWICE. I don't deserve to be punished for that.

My experience at Ottewell Eye Care can only be described as fantastic! The doctor was incredibly thorough in his eye tests and was able to answer all my questions. He was patient and I never felt as if I was taking up his time. The same can be said about the staff working at the clinic. All of them were great and very helpful. I got my first pair of glasses at Ottewell and I was impressed with how quickly they came in. I only had to wait three business days which was nice since I was getting a lot of headaches from my work computer. I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Ottewell for everyone!

The staff was friendly and they patiently answered all my questions, the service efficient, and I felt well taken care of. I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment, and I appreciate the longer hours. Also, they dealt directly with the insurance company, so no hassle for me! The selection of glasses was also good, and they have a great deal on for the month of May!

What a fantastic experience! Dr. Neutrals is incredible. He spent quite a while with us in partnership with some vision therapy we are accessing for our son. He was incredible with my child, extremely patient, knowledgeable and really on top of the everything vision. He is so much more the just a basic 20/20 eye doctor! We will be bringing all our children and family members here; I fully trust him and his staff! His office staff were welcoming, kind and again awesome with kids!
