They are very good and competent and personable and professional. But very expensive. $140 for an eye exam and prescription glasses can approach $1000. Yikes! If you have a good health plan then you are fine.

Tad Late writing review. My husband found this place. He was very impressed with his experience. Needed eye exam and potentially updated progressives since it's been a few years now. I was very impressed with the optician (wonderful Dr. lady) and overall welcoming experience. I'm cheap when it comes to paying for frames, I always search for the clearance section. There was no pressure whatsoever to push higher expensive frames onto me and were very willing to showcase the clearance section frames that worked for my overall face & look. Promotion Deal buy 1 get 1 free so because I had progressives before, I got 2 for the price of 1.Both frames from clearance sections that were absolutely lovely and fit very well on me. Standard process time is 2 weeks; however, it was very quick that I got a call. Glasses ready. I think 3-5 days. the overall experience was excellent, lovely staff. No pressure sales. Prescription Glasses work very well. Highly recommended

This was my first time over at Purba Vision and I received excellent customer service there. Baljeet Kaur and Pavan over at the front desk are amazing and helped me choose the right pair of glasses. I can't wait to go back to Purba!

The ladies of the business are quite rude. The gentleman are the kindest and most helpful. I wanted to change optometrist, but the gentlemen are kind and effective. The rude ladies I could do without. Hopefully they do something about it

Awful customer service. Placed order in May for contacts. After leading us on for three months. Char says, am not going to lie to you. Its the Doctors fault. He should have printed off the form and sent it in. It has not been ordered. There are better places locally for optical needs. ANY place is better than this.

Dr. Amirta Mahal is super good with kids, my kids want to go see her again. Thank you for the wonderful eye glasses as well, you carry awesome eye wear collection. I highly recommend.

My experience overall was amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the appointment overall was a breeze. The real stand out here is Dr Annu. She was so friendly. I was in rush that day, so I decided to revisit them the next day, and Moe was there to help me out, together we went over few options and what I loved was, he was super honest with the options, Absolutely outstanding, I can't remember the last time I have seen that level of service and time dedication in any store! Thank you, Dr Annu and Moe!

Great friendly staff, large selection of frames to choose from. I always bring my mom who's a senior for her eye exams, Dr. Sharma is very knowledgeable and patient. I like the online booking feature which allows me to see what times are available, i made an appointment within minutes.

Great customer service. The workers will do anything to go above and beyond to make their customers feel satisfied and happy with the products they are walking out with. The ambience of the store is to another extent of feeling welcome and kindness. Everyone works together so well and everything runs very smoothly. I definitely recommend them always to the new people I meet. Nothing else but great job Smith & WIght !!!!!!!!
