I’ve dealt with LensCrafters for several years and being hugely disappointed with them my friend suggested Encore! From the second I walked in the store the customer service was phenomenal I have never been made to feel as good as I did here! The quality of lenses and selection of frames was very impressive. I've been going here for, what seems like, forever. The staff and doctors over the years have always been very good. My most recent visit was no exception, the staff were thorough and well prepared and Dr. Shih is a very knowledgeable and dedicated eye doctor.
