This store is clean. The people are helpfull and the food is fresh. My only complaint is the bagels go moldy really fast. Otherwise i go there several times a month.

Got an eye exam from Dr Lobo and picked up a pair of shades. Great selection at sweet prices. Dr Lobo is awesome! will be back!

I was in a bind to find a pair of contacts quickly for a wedding I had in a few hours as I was visiting from out of town and lost my pair. Right away, this location helped me with no qualms. Quick, friendly and extremely professional service. Not only did they give me a pair of contacts but a whole pack for my trip free of charge. I definitely recommend this location and when I move to Alberta in a few months it will be my go-to for contacts and glasses!

My glasses broke at work and I went to Hakim and ran to the door and they were closed because the lady was going on break!! She saw me as she was driving away and drove back into the store and opened the door and let me in !!!!! Not only did she find me the exact frame but she switched my lenses and adjusted my second pair in less than 15 min!!

Got Walmart Vision Centre to make my safety prescription sunglasses. Twice they have from from the lab with deep visible scratches on the lense. Not sure what is happening in the lab. Been a huge waste of time dealing with Walmart. Not worth the small savings. Hope the third times the charm.

The owner, Anthony, is a generous, kind, professional, who always does a superior job helping people get what they need. Always helping them to find what is best for them. He is known for his support of many charities and for finding solutions when others are unable to do so.

I was a drop in, first time client with no appointment. The staff was accommodating and were able to fit me in later in the afternoon. Both the receptionist and the optometric technician were very friendly and professional and they both provided excellent service. Dr. Rajan was extremely knowledgeable and was just as friendly as his staff. Once Dr. Rajan conducted his examination he gave me a detailed analysis of the results and some options for future consideration. I must say that I was very impressed with OpTik BouTik and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring optometric services.
