Absolutely love coming here!!! Kaila, Hope, and Elaine are incredible and Dr. Wilk is amazing!! It has such an inviting atmosphere where you feel like family. They went above and beyond for me and even brought in cool frames from Crowfoot for me to try on. They are truly a step above!!! Well done!!!

I am very disappointed in dr jang’s assessment of my beloved Denis Sanregret in january2022. Dr jang saw Denis in January his left eye was very blood shot and his right eye a bit .Denis told dr jang he had poked his eye with a bag at Xmas time . Dr jang told Denis it was probably environmental. Dr jang was more interested in getting denis in for cataract surgery. Even the surgeon in February that we asked about the redness and bloodshot eyes shrugged it off he also was most interested in cataract removal . We’ll today March 29 (2months later) we went to an optometrist in olds who actually took the time to assess the bloodshot eyes and the injury that Denis received to his eye at Xmas and has given him 4 types of drops to both heal and help Denis was treated and cared for like a real human being not just a number and now hopefully will heal his injured eye that SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADRESSED BY DR JANG

I had a excellent experience at Custom Eyes in Barrhead. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The environment is bright and comfortable, I barely waited at all for my appointment. They took the time to explain the tests, and what my requirements would be. I've had many eye exams - I found this one to be thorough and well managed. The staff are very knowledgeable. Their years of experience is very apparent. Custom Eyes really do care about the health of your eyes. I was encouraged to drop in whenever I had a concern about my vision care or health. At no time did I feel rushed. There is a excellent selection of Designer Frames, and the prices were excellent and very comparable. At the time of my visit, they had a budget friendly 2 for 1 special. When I checked on their website, I noticed there were other specials offered so be sure to check often - you will be pleased that you did.. I do recommend Custom Eyes for your families vision care. I'm very happy with my experience. They make getting new glasses or contacts easy and convenient.

Brutal. If I'd have known the exam was going to last an hour and a half, I'd have packed a light lunch. This would have been alleviated had I not spent 3/4 of the time in and out of different rooms, and in between other patients no less. Last time coming here.
