Had good sales team good exam good doctor.. Bought my aspex turboflex frames that were flexible to withstand wear and tear . Broke with 3 month's time was led to believe that since aspex turbo flexible frames were under warranty but NO.... I provided receipt as well.I paid for glass lenses received plastic lenses and photochromic lenses also paid for glaucoma test .. went back and was told will not be fixed or replaced I am shy by nature so I never asked for anything and just left store NEVER TO RETURN .t.y great experience !

As a result of previous experiences I waited six years to get a much needed eye exam. Upon recommendation by two new friends I decided to try this company. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly but professionally by reception and then taken immediately into an examination room. No waiting around for hours. I felt taken care of and cared about by the entire staff including Dr. Strawn. All concerned were knowledgeable and understanding. What a relief! No more trying to make do with $20 Costco readers!!

Maureen Caste I broke my glasses and took them to see if they were fixable. I had a medical exam coming up to renew my drivers licence and really needed my glasses. Your staff were exceptional! I was told the girl doubted she could mend them which really worried me. However — her skills excelled and she was able to tape them together while I waited for my new frames to arrive. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the care and service I have received over the years I have been a client. You have excellent staff and they go the extra mile!!

I was in with my mom searching for new frames. The optometrist was very helpful and occomadating and spend a long time giving us the different lense options and pricing. Very good service.

Both my husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Penticton Optical. Barbara really went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with my contacts, to the extent that she ordered in two different options for me to trial free. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase new glasses through them even even though I received my new prescription there.

I shop around before I make any purchase. Eye Craft had a great selection and the best pricing. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Today I had my first eye exam with Lucas Erhardt and I was very impressed. He really took the time to explain things and showed me images to help me understand what changes my eyes have undergone. I am a “visual” learner so that was extremely helpful. Typically I am nervous with any interventions with my eyes but Lucas put me at ease from the start. Their office and equippment are top notch so you know you are getting the best care along with his expertise. The office support staff are lovely. So accommodating in finding an appointment time that works best for you! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice! Already looking forward to my next visit in a year.
