The renovations have made the store too bright..the white paint is tiring on the eyes....staff is very helpful and friendly...

Absolutely fantastic service - People with glasses, do not let your eyeglass place tell you frames can not be fixed. That is complete bull. My wife had the nose pad support snapped. All we got was "sorry, you need new frames and lens", cost about $700. A quick trip to this place and $65 it is fixed and you can not tell. Way to go, I certainly will tell everyone I know. Oh and as you look at the review my Ian, ignore it, a bit of an idiot comment. So they have an old price on their website (at the time he wrote that), they tell you the price before the work is done. If you do not like paying the $65, then simply DO NOT. Go pay several hundred $$$ for a new pair then...donkey comment (all 2 of your 1 star comments).

Their machines weren’t calibrated when I went in for a contact lens exam. No one there knew how to do it and on my return visit it still wasn’t fixed. The Dr. didn’t seem to care too much and everything was a bit rushed. Reception staff were very friendly though. Head to North Shore Optometry at Parkgate instead.

Dr Harrison is awesome! I've been going to her for years and have always been taken well care of. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Staff is very pleasant to deal. Eye exam was very thorough. I did not feel any pressure to purchase glasses there although I did end up buying a pair. I was examined by Dr. Shaun.

I am very impressed with the quality service this store offers. They were very polite and courteous when handling my appointment. The store is very well laid out and clean with lots of selection to choose from. Would highly recommend this store to anyone who is in need of an eye exam or glasses.

I'm lucky to have seen Dr. Parmar for a regular eye exam. She seemed very thorough and I feel she went above and beyond noticing potential retinal holes or tears that other optometrists in the past hadn't identified. While I had no symptoms or problems, she referred me to a retinal surgeon as an emergency and today I had surgery to strengthen my retina. I can't imagine I'd see a different optometrist from here on. Thanks.
