Optometrist

Had scheduled an appt at another place to get eye exam and new glasses. Switched at the last minute when recommended by someone else who goes here. I am glad I did. I was in and out within an hour or so with a completed eye exam and two new sets of glasses ordered. One of the sets was even free! Received superior service when picking out my new frames. One of the workers even brought his own glasses from home the next day so I could just have a look at his frames! Both sets of new glasses arrived within two weeks and were exactly what I was looking for. Previous to this, I went elsewhere and they totally screwed up my prescription and glasses. As a result, I didn't wear the glasses I was supposed to for over a year. Based on my first experience at Image Optical, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

I regularly go to this clinic. Dr. Jagpal is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely friendly. The staff is great too and very helpful. There's a wide variety of glasses at good prices too. Highly recommended!

No one is better with children among the optometrists of Burnaby. I have taken my children to three different clinics before this point and none of them knew how to handle small children. I am so grateful that I found Omni.

This is a nice place to get your eyes checked they also have a chocolate Bowl they have glasses for people on disability and they can get you transitions they check their products and see if they work like make sure you go outside and see if the transitions are working that's really cool they fit them to your face that's awesome and they gave a free pack of glass spray for Christmas which was cool

I live close by and went to New Westminster Eye Clinic Optometrists for my annual eye exam for the first time last month. Very thorough exam with Dr. Wang, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The store is well organized and offers a huge selection of glasses and sunglasses. Anything they don't carry, they are happy to special order for you. Highly recommended this place to all our local friends.

The doctors are nice and the ladies who help them (sorry don't know the technical term) are wonderful. Reason for my low review is I paid everything in full and when I went to pick up my contacts and glasses, I owed a balance cause they missed quoted. I had to pay the balance for their lack of product price knowledge. Not customer friendly in that way.

Focus eye care center is by far the best eye care center I've been to. I was skeptical of the Google rating but definitely accurate. The staff are courteous and customer service focused. The equipments and machines are new and modern. Dr. Reis is knowledgeable, professional and caring. If you are in the area or in Vancouver/Burnaby/New West area looking for an eye care center this is the place to visit. You will be taken care of at Focus eyecare center.
