Dr. Harasym and Dr. Thompson are both excellent. Took my son to Dr. Thompson and he goes above and beyond in his time and care for his patients. His experience shows through, he’s very patient and very good with kids!

It was really a great experience shopping in Puzlled looks . The price was fair and any one can easily find affordable glasses or luxury brands . The costumer service was awesome and the staff were very patient and friendly . Special thanks to MARYAM because of her nice personality and great advises she makes your shopping more enjoyable .

I own a few frames from Bailey Nelson and am happy with the quality and selection of their stores. The staff at this location can be too pushy at times, but I received phenomenal service from Cali during my most recent visit. I had an issue with my prescription sunglasses that I had ordered previously and she found a solution within minutes. Cali is very sweet and knowledgeable, and had an easygoing demeanour that made me feel as though we were long time friends. I purchased 2 new pairs with her help and will be recommending the store in Gastown to my colleagues!

Went in on the advice of my wife whom had been going to Dr. Chung for years. My appointment was quick but everyone working there was quite friendly. Dr. Chung suggested that I get a lower prescription and my eyes are much more comfortable. I would definitely return.

I had a really bad eye infection and I decided to have it checked out since I live in the Olympic Village. What a local gem! I was seen the same day by Dr. Wong. The doctor was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was prescribed eye drops for my condition and it got better within a few days! Thank you to the team at Coastal Eye Clinic!

The optometrist was good and overall staff are nice but when it came down to the lens fitting they were super unpunctual. Should've read the reviews before made an appointment. I took a half day work to go get my lens fitting because it was the earliest they could fit me. Sat there for 45 minutes waiting for the previous person talking about her day before I left.

I love this place. Great friendly staff. And Dr Lewis was amazing. I'm super light sensitive and they respected that not like other doctors I have gone to. They have a great frame selection as well. Thank you all so much for the wonderful care. I recommend this place. Hands down edit: i really liked Dr Lewis so I made an appointment with him for my husband and children (my kiddos are 3 and 5) my husband and children liked him as well. Its hard to find a doctor that my kids are comfortable around and it was a instant hit with dr Lewis.
