Optometrist

Gave me the wrong prescription twice. Second time they messed up by 50 degrees.

Dr. Yu was quite rude and impolite person I ever meet. I will never want to see him again.

My eyes keep moving, Doc, but leave no forwarding address!

This is my first time at this clinic. I believe there were two optometrists, but my appointment was with Daphne Cheng. Overall she was very helpful and caring. She was very patient with me since I had a lot of questions. She answered all of them in a way that I could understand. My previous optometrist would usually push me out as soon as she could and since she also sold glasses, she would push me to buy her products. But I don't think Dr. Cheng is affiliated with anyone so she didn't advertise anything. She will be my new long term optometrist. Definitely recommend. =)

Very experienced caring friendly staff & excellently priced - I've been wearing glasses for >25 years & this is the best place to go - also great for contact lenses. Great at problem solving glasses issue (that's how I found them as had purchased a prescription elsewhere but was getting headaches - I had always purchased contact lenses from them & dropped by to see if there was something wrong with the prescription I had - Dwane helped me right away - the prescription was right on, but Dwane was able to figure out that my previous prescription frames were flatter & the new rx was curved - he adjusted the frame & now no more headaches! I will be going here in the future for my next frame purchase) - this kind of skill in problem solving can only come from having a lot of experience in the industry - Dwane certainly has it. Lucky to have found a place like this

Worst optometrist I’ve ever been to. I came into the clinic with a concern with my eyes. Stating that my eyes are extremely uncomfortable everytime I travel. I haved included that no amount of eye drops make it better and that most of the times I choose not travel because of this discomfort. However, after saying all that Dr.Shen told me that I have dry eyes and should just use eye drops. He did not show me any signs of concern and provided me with no solution.

Dr. F Cheng was professional, straight forward and considerate. highly recommend him.

Dr. Ho is extremely thorough and takes the time necessary to get my prescription just right. She also ensures my eyes are healthy. I’ve been seeing her for years and have never been disappointed.

Dr. Knight is an excellent doctor, caring and very knowledgeable.
