I enjoy the atmosphere of the place, very comfy. Sure the one lady is kinda hard to talk to when you either call or talk to her in person but her husband is much easier to converse with, if you feel fustrated just ask for the nice man with cool glasses, facial hair, and awesome hair. The help they've given me is pretty good, I have no complaints

My glasses are now multiple weeks late. Today (after weeks of "they'll be ready by ___" which was never true) we were told we could come pick them up. But nope- only one of the two pairs. No offer to make it right or discount the not insignificant prices. I'm incredibly disappointed. Having said that, the pair I actually did receive seem nice and the staff and especially the optometrist when I initially went in were all very pleasant. Hopefully they'll improve their lab some day.

My glasses frames were really bent but they managed to fix it within minutes! Free of charge! The staff are very accommodating and sweet. Would definitely return for future services.

Friendly staff and professional eye care

Very friendly. Adjusted my glasses expertly with no charge. I didn't even know they existed but now that I do I will go back next time I need glasses.

Dr. Bartelen is an excellent Optometrist- I recommend everyone sees him. I have a somewhat unusual eye problem and he has gone above and beyond to help me. Even that aside, he is always professional and personable.
